Sold us a faulty car on which allegedly the steering pump was replaced. Power Steering stopped working at speed, the engine management system closed down making the vehicle undrivable. We returned the vehicle within 6 days after full service was carried out. And still refund was refused. Not even a courtesy call as promised by the garage owner!!??

Regretfully that is what happens when you 'trust' a second hand car outlet like this. If you were taken for a test drive it would be doubtful if the vehicle was covered by Road Tax or Insurance for the test. Given this organisation has had planning permission refused to be on the site you was lucky they were still in existence to refuse a refund.
If you wish a high mileage 2nd hand car then look no further than Tenby Trade Cars, except their planning application to the local council to trade from their current location has been refused - so it looks like they will have to close up go. So if you have a problem with your purchase don't be surprised if they don't exist anymore.

The dealership was initially helpful and the Audi I purchased was clean and as described. However, the aftercare wasn't good, I went to them with a few issues the car had and they said theirs nothing they could do.

Hardly a 'Dealership' but more aligned to a 2nd hand car outlet. Regretfully this experience could be typical when you purchase from this type organisation, such as this .
I bought a BMW form her in February. I have had some issues which I have ad to pay out for due to the 3 month warranty being very poor and not really worth the paper its written on but the car was a fairly food price and they gave me a good enough price for my previous vehicle. They were friendly at Tenby Trade cars but they didn't do all they say they would and let me down a bit so I wouldn't recommend them based on that.

In January, I purchased a Volvo C30 from Tenby Trade Cars and I am really happy with it. It was clean and in great condition and since having it I have had no issues with it at all. The only thing is that there was no spare whell in the car but the dealers got that sorted straight away. They were helpful and friendly and I would happily recommend Tenby Trade Cars to anyone.
