Car had a new MOT and they replaced two tyres, four discs and sets of pads. Also included new cam belt as it was due, all at no extra cost to the original price. I did 400 miles, which included 280 miles towing my caravan. Car performed perfectly. Thoroughly recommend. PS my wife bought her car from them 11 years ago and had similar high standards. Car still going strong.

I spoke to TIM on the phone who was very friendly and did his best to help me with any questions I had. I arranged to view the car and I was not disappointed when I got there after a long drive. The car was very clean and what I was looking for and TIM was very helpful. There was no pressure and found the entire process a very pleasant experience.

It was a treat to be able to make a telephone enquiry, be greeted by a most helpful person (Tim) at the other end of the line and be given what turned out to be a very honest appraisal of the car I was considering. We found TVC with an excellent choice and variety of cars, all offered with a choice of period Gold cover parts and labour warranty that was well explained with a handout leaflet to take away and study. The garage is well established [some 35 years plus] very industrious, clean and tidy and with a no pressure approach to helping answering questions and showing relevant paperwork.

Spent a whole week looking for a reliable, replacement (getting from A to B) car and just about gave up, then I found TVC. We were left alone to wander around their showroom so no pressure for a sale at all, which I like a lot. After checking their great range of vehicles I purchased a 2010 Skoda Octavia. This was amusing to us as we already have a 2011 example. We could not pass it up, as it was an immaculate example and TVC also provided a full health check + service for peace of mind.
