I went to Thames Valley to buy my first ever car, I've never been in a dealership before, so I was a little nervous. I got there and was speaking to Tim, really helpful guy, put my mind at ease with loads of information and advice - he walked me through the process and I took the car away a couple of days after, it was a smooth transaction and a really good experience for a first time. I bought a Mini Baker Street Diesel and its the perfect car I love it! I will likely buy my future cars from this dealership, really impressed.

I saw a Toyota Aygo online and went over to see it, it was immaculate I bought it outright there and then, I didnt want to miss out. I am over the moon with my little car, I love it, I only wish I got one sooner! I took a part exchange with me and they gave me a decent price for that too. Tim was lovely, there was no hassle at all, it was straight forward and Tim explained everything to me, very helpful. I have recommend people to Thames Valley after buying my car, I would gladly buy again!

The gentleman, Tim who looked after me here, was faultless. He was genuinely a lovely guy and very patient with me. He went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I bought a Insignia, I am pleased with the car, its lovely and very enjoyable to drive. I was late arriving to my appointment (very late), and Tim was on his way out, he turned back and showed me round without rushing or pressuring me, he took his own time to help me, I was very grateful. Smooth, quick and easy handover. I first went to see the car and dealt with Kevin - he was great, very accomadating and knowledgeable. I decided to buy the car and went back to collect, we was greeted by Tim who was again, very knowledgeable and helpful, Tim answered all our questions and gave us a real good tour of the car and its functions. I have thoroughly enjoyed driving the Mercedes since buying (the little I have driven), it looks very good on the drive though - highly impressed.

Since purchasing my Golf I don't think I'd look to buy any other make or model in the future, I absolutely love it, its such a brilliant car. It was all really easy and stress-free, the service provided was fantastic at every point. A very different experience buying a car through lockdown, I would never normal make such a purchase without seeing beforehand, but it was the only way I could buy a car which was needed. It was a big risk blind buying the car but its certainly paid off and I can only thank Kevin for his honesty in describing the car to me, it was exactly as advertised, no hidden surprises, fantastic condition and very shiny and clean. When I went to collect the handover was very efficient and quick, there was no waiting around, very swift and safe with all covid restrictions adhered to. I would be more than happy to travel to Thames Valley cars again in the future to buy from them again.

I used Thames Valley recently to purchase my Wife a Fiat 500 X City. She had been shopping for a while and then she found one here, and although it wasn't the colour she originally wanted it ticked every other box. This one was extremely low mileage, the exact spec she wanted, the price was fantastic so we went for it. She absolutely loves it, she's driving it lot (any excuse to get out and about in it). The lads at the dealership were great, very attentive, helpful and switched on. There wasn't any questions they couldn't answer and they kept us constantly updated. Very pleased with the over-all purchase and experience.
