I used Thames Valley recently to purchase my Wife a Fiat 500 X City. She had been shopping for a while and then she found one here, and although it wasn't the colour she originally wanted it ticked every other box. This one was extremely low mileage, the exact spec she wanted, the price was fantastic so we went for it. She absolutely loves it, she's driving it lot (any excuse to get out and about in it). The lads at the dealership were great, very attentive, helpful and switched on. There wasn't any questions they couldn't answer and they kept us constantly updated. Very pleased with the over-all purchase and experience.

I upgraded recently and I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan, mainly because it has more power - its a supercharged diesel and you can certainly feel the difference when driving it, its a lovely drive, very pleased. Its the 3rd car I've bought from Thames valley and I don't think I would go anywhere else, the lads there are great and will certainly look after you.

I purchased an Audi for my Wife and she is more than happy with it, she looks great it in and she's loving it. There was a slight mix up with the DVLA registration but Thames valley helped get this sorted for us, we really relied on their help to get the whole situation sorted and they took full control and got it all ironed out. Very good service and brilliant aftercare.

We had been hunting for a car on auto trader for some time when we finally came across the BMW. We contacted the dealer and arranged to go down and view it. We ended up purchasing it and drove away the same day which was fab, they even did a pre inspection on it before we took it and changed all 4 tyres for us. The dealer went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough.

I dont live too far from Thames Valley Cars so finding the car was easy enough. The purchase was all done over the phone given that I bought it during the height of lockdown - it was a very easy process though and much safer than having to go onsite to complete the paperwork ect. The dealership did everything remotely and always called me to talk through the paperwork before I was due to sign it. The car was delivered to my door and the part exchange was collected at the same time. It was the most simple purchase I've made, and the biggest.... Hassle free!

Being the only diver in the family and a key worker, a reliable car is just what I needed, my mother-in-law was kind enough to buy the car for us meaning the only thing I actually had to was go and collect it and drive it off the forecourt. The whole process was very simple, the dealer had ensured everything was completed and ready upon arrival, it was great. Its a lovely car and I get plenty of use out of it with school runs, work and general life. I'm really happy with the car and experience!

Bought a ford ranger and unfortunately I had a fault with one of the sensors, I contacted the garage and they quickly got it all sorted for me, no issues, I was booked in within a few days and the car back with me! Really good service considering I purchased during lockdown, they arranged for it to be delivered and it turned up on time and was very well presented 😊

When my old car packed up, I was forced to look at purchasing another. I was a little reluctant to buy a car at that time due to the covid restrictions in place and although there wasnt too much interaction with the dealer, the process was very smooth and the overall customer service was great. They made is covid-safe, easy and comfortable. The car runs lovely and I am managing to get out and about in it despite everything, so enjoying it.

I recently part exchanged my Ford KA in for a Fiat 500L. I bought the KA from Thames Valley a few years back, its been a trusty little car and I looked after it very well but I needed a new car for work, and something with a bigger boot. I went online to Thames Valley website and when I saw the Fiat 500, I loved it. I went down, test drove and agreed to buy the car there and then. It was just what I needed, its a very nice car. Its lovely to drive and is much bigger than the KA, more practical for work. Tim looked after me, he was fantastic, just very helpful and polite - he never rushed or pressured me, it was all in my own time (I didnt need much time, I loved the car), really great customer service, I will be back when I need to exchange again, thanks Thames Valley!
