I recently passed my driving test and I wanted a Polo, I had looked around myself but didn't really know much about cars to decide. We live close by Thames Valley Cars and my mum drove past and saw a Polo there. We went to see it and took it the next day. The car is perfect for me, the perfect size I'm really happy with it. Tim was very helpful and friendly, it was a smooth process, I recommend.

I really can't complain, the whole experience from start to finish was easy, enjoyable and quick. I went to Thames Valley Cars to look at a Kia Sportage, the car was in great condition and for the age, mileage and condition the price was very good. I love the Sportage and its been great since buying. The staff were lovely, helpful and kind, I would be happy to buy here again.

I found a Honda Jazz with Thames Valley Cars, the Jazz looked very well looked after, it was a great price and upon first enquiring, Tim was a delight. The purchase was for my Daughter, she's really impressed with the car, says its lovely to drive and running great. Its been very reliable since buying. I'm happy with the buy. Tim was outstanding, he provided extremely good customer support, he was genuine, helpful and strongly knowledgeable. Thames Valley Cars.....What a smashing company! Both Tim and Kevin, were absolutely superstars! I purchased a lovely Mercedes B Class, the car was great value for money. When I collected, I requested a few repairs to be carried out, this was not a problem, Tim agreed to the repairs. They organised for the car to be repaired and all repairs completed are highly satisfactory, the car is running really nicely now. Tim and Kevin are both lovely chaps with a lot of time for their customers. There is no question about recommend Thames Valley Cars or buying from them again in the future. Superb staff and outstanding customer service skills.

I would highly recommend Thames Valley Cars to anybody looking to buy a new car, with a personal and professional service. I live close by the dealership, and whilst out walking I saw a Vauxhall Astra on the forecourt. I have always had Astra's, and I knew I needed to part with my current, it was definitely time. I had been advised by friends to try an Automatic too, but wasn't 100% sure. I went in the showroom and was greeting by Tim, he was lovely. I enquired about the Astra, he explained a few bits on it, and told me it was an automatic. I requested to test drive the car, and when we did, Tim drove the car out, whilst he was driving he was thoroughly explaining all the functions, how the car the works etc, I've never had this on a test drive ever! I then drove the car back and got a good feel for it.... its lovely to drive and I felt very comfortable in it. I left a deposit with Tim. When I collected the car, it was lovely and clean, sparkling! I couldn't believe how easy it was to view, drive and buy the car from Thames Valley, there was no pressure on me at all - which is unusual. Once the deal was done Tim even put me in touch with somebody to sell my old car (it wasn't worth much). From start to finish Tim applied a personal, professional and laid back touch to the whole process, I can't speak highly enough of Tim or the dealership in general. I'm hoping this car see's me through a fair few years/miles, but if I ever need another car, Thames Valley would be the only place I go.

We recently upgraded our car through Thames Valley Cars, we had a 7 seater Vauxhall Zafira and wanted something a little newer, still big in size but we didn't require the 7 seats any longer. We found a Kia Sportage at Thames Valley and it was perfect for what we wanted. Everything about the car suits my needs; age, mileage, size, engine, comfort, practicality. It's great, exactly what I needed. Tim dealt with us and he was fantastic, the service from start to finish was flawless, I can't fault it. Tim got everything sorted really quickly, so there was no waiting around and everything he said he would do, he did. I would be more than happy to go back and purchase my next car here, I will gladly recommend to friends and family.
