After carefully choosing a car from this site,a red ford focus, arranged to have it delivered, eagerly awaiting my new car delived the next day,car arrived as promised, and all seemed well, the next morning on inspection was horrified to what was awaiting me,scratches on car,a few dents in door roof torn aircon not working cd player also not working, the list goes on,water in the boot and mould,on driving the car I then found car very Jerry and cutting out,I took car to the garage and they said the fuel injectors were faulty and needed replacing at a cost of nearly £1000,luckily I bought car on finance so I got my refund, never buying a car from this dealer again,I even had a signed form saying all items were working and checked off,the car was a long way from home so foolishly I trusted this dealer, once car had been delivered back to them I noticed it went straight back on the forecourt showing 1 previous owner strange as the logbook I had said 3,I feel sorry for the next unlucky person to buy this car

Thanks for your response to my review, either you need your team to go to specsavers or look closer,I have all the pictures of the dents roof lining tear and scuffs, also the printout of the original fault codes, and no there will be no fault codes showing as they were deleted from the ecu, also the boot full of water and mould,so unless you have repaired all these faults as described, they will still be there, also your new advert states on your site 1 owner, well when the logbook came to me it had four, strange that
This motley crew of 'dealers' have about as much decency you would expect from their spelling in capitalized responses online! Fortunately, as well as being somewhat snake like, they're also not very smart about it, so it's easy to see through. Just be tough and ask a few questions. The stories fall apart. They use sad, old dealer tricks to avoid letting people drive cars that have major problems and might blow up, like obsessively getting you to commit to virtually loving/buying the vehicle before a test drive, which I pointedly declined to do! They wasted my time as I drove a long distance for a test drive, which they agreed to, before changing their mind because I said I wasn't going to commit to buying before I drove that car! It smoked a lot and was clearly another 'problem car' (see reviews online!), so yet another near miss from this sad bunch of failed car traders. Timewarp car dealers who will go bust soon. They are the Dell Boys of 2020. Only minus the charm! This place will never survive lockdown and they only have themselves to blame! I was lied to before even getting a test drive, which must be a record! Dreadful, tacky place. Avoid. Unsurprised at multiple reviews of dishonesty and disappearing when things go wrong. So glad it only took 2 mins to work out I was talking to a failed dodgy car dealer! One of them even called me an idiot! No manners, no class. No success in life.
I bought a vehicle from these clowns @£10000 , 3000 miles and 5 months later the transfer box broke away causing damage to the autobox and prop also . £5100 to fix. Contacted them and gave them 28 days to respond which they did but as soon as gave them all the evidence and quotes they blocked my number and do not reply to emails . I did get hold of Arthur once who told me they was emailing me and sorting it and guess what I'm still waiting . I am now in the process of taking them to court !!!!!!!!!
I'll start by saying that I wasn't looking to buy a particularly expensive car - in fact, it was a part exchange vehicle that they were looking to unload. The term the dealer used on the phone was "too good to send to auction". I thought fair enough... I can deal with something a little basic and rough around the edges if it's a good runaround. I don't know much about cars so I asked the usual questions on the phone before setting off (Information on the service history etc)... I particularly remember asking if the body panels were rust free. I appreciate that older vehicles will have some knocks and bumps, but rust (lots of rust) is on my 'avoid' list. The dealer responded instantly by saying that the body was 100% rust free and it was a really 'tidy little car' with a few knocks on it. Needless to say, I was satisfied enough to make the commute. This is where I have to laugh because otherwise I just get annoyed... We drove for over TWO HOURS to get there. We saw the car parked up and began inspecting it... Every panel had rust on it. Around the headlight, on the corners of the doors, in all the knocks and dinks. It was impossible to miss. Some doors didn't open or close properly (crunching noises). The drivers side headlight wobbled when I touched it and looked like it was about to fall out at any second. The bonnet was warm so we opened it up... red hot under there so they'd had the engine nice and warmed up before we came to inspect it. The interior was like an old smoking room - it absolutely stank and was covered is discolouration. They wanted £1395 for the privilege of driving this heap home. OVER ONE THOUSAND POUNDS... how? My mind still can't absorb it. My clothes still stink of that stale, smokey interior and I still can't believe it. Speechless Yes, I was expecting some scratches, some parking scars and scuffed rims. But what an absolutely dishonest description of the car and an absolute waste of my time. I have eyes in my head... I don't see what he had to gain by inviting me to drive two hours only to see that he'd lied to me. My only possible explination is that he's sadistic. Maybe he enjoys crouching behind his showroom desk and jacks himself off as he watches the disappointment wash over his unsuspecting customers faces. I don't know... I'm just a guy who wanted to buy a car. I hope this review was helpful. On to the next one!
I recently purchased a car from car site on Bromley hill and the dealer named Arthur was very friendly and professional could not fault him if I tried , car site took care of everything for me and made my experience very relaxed and I left knowing all was taken care of would recommend this company and myself would deal with these again . Arthur is an integral part of the company thanks . 5 stars
Thank you so much to Chris Bird, for taking all of the stress out of buying a car and delivering it to my door. First class service and I absolutely love my car! Thanks Car Site Bromley.
We recently purchased a VW Golf from the Car Site in Bromley. We were assisted by John who really looked after us, was very helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely interested and concerned that everything went to plan. John is honest as he delivered on all of his promises and he even checked in with us after purchase to make sure all was Okay. We met a couple other guys from the dealership as well and they were just as helpful and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular John. Thanks again guys!
John was so helpful with choosing me the right car! The finance side was easy to understand & didn’t feel like I was being made to do something I wasn’t comfortable with! First time, I’ve bought my own car & I couldn’t recommend The Car Site London enough.

If I could leave 0-stars for The Car Site London I would. We purchased our car from these jokers a few weeks ago , we dealt with Tom. Don't be fooled by his laid back no sales approach as its a ploy. The test drive went well , he even left us alone to take a look around the car. Once we had done this a came into the office to see him. We shook hands and agrred to purchase the car. My finance was in place so three days later I collected the car. Soon after this is where the contact from the dealership stops. Its the same old story i'm afraid soon as they have your money they don't give a shit. Subsequently I have reported The Car Shite to Trading Standards and the RAC who The Car Shite say they are partners of which I doubt very much judging from the other comments left on google reviews are much the same as mine. I intend to go to town on the demining report of this dealership on google once the warranty on my car expires. Steer well clear (excuse the pun) Tom and his bunch of retards are the epitome of a dodgy car dealer which in this day in age should not exist. Stay tuned for the google review it will make for some very interesting reading. Tom if you can read , then read this as you are the one that is going to be singled out in our report. Oh by the way BBC'S Rogue Traders were very interested in my story so from now on maybe come into work a bit smarter as your going to be famous son!

Dear John , I would focus more on the more recent reviews you have , your colleague Tom is everything that gives used car dealers a bad name what was supposed to be an exciting time collecting our Kia Sportage was tarnished by Tom's conduct. Car was advertised with service history (missing) , the wheel locking nut (missing) luckily my finance company paid for the car to go directly to KIA for a replacement set. Flat battery less than 24hrs after collecting the car , various calls to the office but no-one could help me.
