After carefully choosing a car from this site,a red ford focus,arranged to have it delivered,eagerly awaiting my new car delived the next day,car arrived as promised,and all seemed well, the next morning on inspection was horrified to what was awaiting me,scratches on car,a few dents in door roof torn aircon not working cd player also not working,the list goes on,water in the boot and mould,on driving the car I then found car very Jerry and cutting out,I took car to the garage and they said the fuel injectors were faulty and needed replacing at a cost of nearly £1000,luckily I bought car on finance so I got my refund,never buying a car from this dealer again,I even had a signed form saying all items were working and checked off,the car was a long way from home so foolishly I trusted this dealer,once car had been delivered back to them I noticed it went straight back on the forecourt showing 1 previous owner strange as the logbook I had said 3,I feel sorry for the next unlucky person to buy this car

This motley crew of 'dealers' have about as much decency you would expect from their spelling in capitalized responses online! Fortunately, as well as being somewhat snake like, they're also not very smart about it, so it's easy to see through. Just be tough and ask a few questions. The stories fall apart. They use sad, old dealer tricks to avoid letting people drive cars that have major problems and might blow up, like obsessively getting you to commit to virtually loving/buying the vehicle before a test drive, which I pointedly declined to do! They wasted my time as I drove a long distance for a test drive, which they agreed to, before changing their mind because I said I wasn't going to commit to buying before I drove that car! It smoked a lot and was clearly another 'problem car' (see reviews online!), so yet another near miss from this sad bunch of failed car traders. Timewarp car dealers who will go bust soon. They are the Dell Boys of 2020. Only minus the charm! This place will never survive lockdown and they only have themselves to blame! I was lied to before even getting a test drive, which must be a record! Dreadful, tacky place. Avoid. Unsurprised at multiple reviews of dishonesty and disappearing when things go wrong. So glad it only took 2 mins to work out I was talking to a failed dodgy car dealer! One of them even called me an idiot! No manners, no class. No success in life.

I recently purchased a car from car site on Bromley hill and the dealer named Arthur was very friendly and professional could not fault him if I tried , car site took care of everything for me and made my experience very relaxed and I left knowing all was taken care of would recommend this company and myself would deal with these again . Arthur is an integral part of the company thanks . 5 stars

We recently purchased a VW Golf from the Car Site in Bromley. We were assisted by John who really looked after us, was very helpful, friendly and seemed genuinely interested and concerned that everything went to plan. John is honest as he delivered on all of his promises and he even checked in with us after purchase to make sure all was Okay. We met a couple other guys from the dealership as well and they were just as helpful and easy to get along with. I would highly recommend this dealership and in particular John. Thanks again guys!

On the 22/7 2019 my sister got a lovely vauxhall mokka from the car site bromley wow the car is in brilliant condition in and out the staff are friendly people they will go the extra mile to help you get the car you are after.i have brought a car from these guys before and have never been let down they always come out tops in my opinion but hey who am i dont take my word for it do your self a favour and head on down there trust me you will not be disappointed my sis is happy i am happy well done and thanks again to the team on bromley road you guys are the best ps my sis say hi hyacinth with a big smile hope to buy another for my daughter soon.
