This car site London and its staff were very helpful. The value for money was amazing because I got an extremely good deal for the car I got and the money I paid. I had bit of a problem with the car shortly after my purchase but this was sorted almost straight away by the staff at the Car Site. I highly recommend this place to friends, family or anyone who ask because my car was perfect. In my opinion this is a very good dealership and Im a customer who made a purchase over 10 months ago.

My experience when I purchased my car last year wasn't the best. I didn't think my car and the others I viewed were really good value, I actually thought they was overpriced. The staff I dealt with were arrogant and for this I wouldn't recommend them.

On the face of it this dealership were really keen to help you out and get you driving away as soon as possible in your new car. Although, during my buy 1 thing i wasn't too impressed with was them waiting till i paid and then telling me there was no tax on it. This doesn't change the fact that i would still recommend them and go back again.

I personally wouldn't recommend this company to any friends or family! The gentleman that sold me the car was very nice and friendly but seemed much more interested in making a quick sale than actually making sure i was happy with the car. When i went to pick the car up the check sheet was done in front of me in the office! he never checked the car, i was also not given let alone told about the warranty and was only recently i have found out i could of paid extra for a better one! When i got the car it was filthy and stinking and completely empty tank of petrol! I contacted the dealership the next day because after i got home (about 20 miles) 3 bulbs weren't working, they said that if i came back they would change the bulbs and clean the car. I sat waiting for them to do this for 3 hours! i am also still having problems with my rev counter dropping and the car revving! And still waiting for the car to be fixed have had the car for just over a month!
I have already recommended The Car Site London, mainly for going the extra mile for me. All the staff were extremely polite, they did lots of complimentary gestures for me, one been a full tank of petrol. The car is great, I can not fault anything.

The Mercedes C18-Sport is fine and everything was perfect and matched the description of the car. Not had a single problem with it pre or post sale, nice smooth sale, just what you want when you buy a car. Even my friend has been here since and bought a Land Rover from the car site and hes happy too
