If I could leave 0-stars for The Car Site London I would. We purchased our car from these jokers a few weeks ago , we dealt with Tom. Don't be fooled by his laid back no sales approach as its a ploy. The test drive went well , he even left us alone to take a look around the car. Once we had done this a came into the office to see him. We shook hands and agrred to purchase the car. My finance was in place so three days later I collected the car. Soon after this is where the contact from the dealership stops. Its the same old story i'm afraid soon as they have your money they don't give a shit. Subsequently I have reported The Car Shite to Trading Standards and the RAC who The Car Shite say they are partners of which I doubt very much judging from the other comments left on google reviews are much the same as mine. I intend to go to town on the demining report of this dealership on google once the warranty on my car expires. Steer well clear (excuse the pun) Tom and his bunch of retards are the epitome of a dodgy car dealer which in this day in age should not exist. Stay tuned for the google review it will make for some very interesting reading. Tom if you can read , then read this as you are the one that is going to be singled out in our report. Oh by the way BBC'S Rogue Traders were very interested in my story so from now on maybe come into work a bit smarter as your going to be famous son!

Dear John , I would focus more on the more recent reviews you have , your colleague Tom is everything that gives used car dealers a bad name what was supposed to be an exciting time collecting our Kia Sportage was tarnished by Tom's conduct. Car was advertised with service history (missing) , the wheel locking nut (missing) luckily my finance company paid for the car to go directly to KIA for a replacement set. Flat battery less than 24hrs after collecting the car , various calls to the office but no-one could help me.

I purchased my BMW M5 10 years and 44k miles ago and yesterday I came across the original site quite by accident (now changed name) but as reviews goes, The Car Site London sold me the best car I have ever owned. I looked at several M5's but this one stood out and yes its been 100% reliable and its took me around Europe. As a bonus the car is probably still worth what I paid for it.

I took my Toyota Verso-s as a trade in car. These guys are excellent, let me look round the car, left the keys with me, didn't pressure me in any way and a deal was done. Overall very happy with my experience

Very pleased with the high level of service and customer care. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Lovely quality cars, just done a really good deal. Reliable vehicles, all in all a very good dealership, will return to the Car Site London in the future.
Sold me a car with misleading information, parts missing and refused to help as promised once I purchased the car!!! The Car Site London is not a dealership that I recommend.

Same here, very dishonest and volatile I have bought a car for £5000 which the actual market price was £2000, on Saturday afternoon just before 3 pm One of the lads did show me the car for under 5 minuets and told me that all their cars are RAC approved When I took the car after couple of days started making an unusual and very loud noise on the engine Called them but did not get any help, I had to use public transport for 6 weeks Finally took my car to Peugeot garage which cost me £2150 to fully repair the car
KEEP AWAY FROM THE CAR SITE LONDON. I BOUGHT A BMW FROM THERE AND I FEEL LIKE THEY COMPLETELY RIPPED ME OFF. I WISH I SAW ALL OF THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I BOUGHT THE CAR!!!

Sorry, They sorted out my issue in the end, you have to understand and take responsibility for your own car im afraid, there garage are RAC specialists so if there was any problem im sure they would repair, give them another go, best of luck
I have now sent my case to the Consumer Ombudsman as I am totally unsatisfied with this vehicle and any customer support or care from the staff at The Carsite.

Could you email me ASAP PLZ DAVE as I have had MAJOR issues with a vehicle that I brought from them and I really need some advice. It's been 4 months and it's been in the garage 4 times!!! Heavy issues with the engine I BROKE DOWN THIS MORNING AS MY ACCELERATION STOPPED COMPLETELY.. AND A SMOKY ENGINE. IM SO UPSET IM 26 a female that didn't know much about cars until I had to deal with this being at the garage so much,My first car and its problem after problem I have contacted trading standards not sure what to do but I can't believe this I'm literally depressed from this situation. STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYY FROM THEMMMMMMMM PEOPLE PLZZZZZ THEY HAVE RUINED so much for me and every time I go to them or call them they rush me away... I even went to the garage that they recommended and was told that there's over 80 faults on the computer system.... Was told that I need a new air filter and sensor (not sure) and left it with them and nothing changed although I paid and they said I was covered by warranty so wasn't sure. Engine light has been since god knows DPF sign on the dash....on the third gear clicks ever since I ever had the car crank shaft pully fell off...they said was due to mileage.they sold me the car with ILLEGAL TYRES when on the documents they said everything was fine. So many other things and I've only had the car 5months I've tried so much but why should i be going through all of this with a 61 bmw. I've been completely RIPPED OFF!
