The BMW has been great so far. No issues, everything is how it should be with the car. The sales guys were really good and absolutely smashed it. There was none of that pushiness and it was overall a flawless experience from start to end.

I was looking for a reliable and affordable car and I came across this VW Polo online. I contacted the dealer, Jamie, and I arranged a viewing. He was very friendly and helpful, and he didn't pressure me to make a decision. He let me inspect the car thoroughly and take it for a test drive. I was impressed by the condition and performance of the car. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the features I needed. It was also very economical and easy to drive. I decided to buy the car and Jamie made the process very smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend The PR7 Car Company Ltd to anyone and I would shop here again when I need another car.

It was so nice to deal with a company such as The PR7 Car Company that have the customers best interest at heart instead of someone that just cares about the sale of the car. Jim was the sales person that looked after me throughout the sales process and he was incredible, literally he could not have done anymore than what he did do for me. Not the pushy, arrogant sales type of guy he was there to discuss my needs and help me to find the perfect car to suit me and my lifestyle without putting any kind of pressure on me whatsoever. Everything is spot on with my car and the service I received from The PR7 Car Company based in Chorley. Mark was a down to earth guy and great to deal with. I got to take the car for a test drive and it felt amazing to drive. The car was in amazing condition and it looked like it had just come out of the BMW shop as a brand new car. When I come to sell this car I will be back here again to see what they can do for me.

One of the easiest deals I’ve even done. I seen the VW Golf so I rang them and put a deposit down on the car and had the best car waiting for me upon collection. I’d definitely recommended and use again for sure

I have already recommended PR7 to one of my friends. Jamie were polite, courteous and helpful. He weren’t pushy at all. He allowed me the chance to inspect the car all over, answered all of my questions and were happy to assist with a test drive of the vehicle.

I'm extremely happy with the car, I feel so safe and comfortable in it, it is the perfect car for a lady. Jamie was brilliant, what a nice man, he did not push anything on me, I was not sure if to get the car or not so I came in and out a couple of times to look at it, Jamie said if I was not sure about it do not worry and to take more time to think things over if I needed to, that was the nice part about it and that he was not in my face all of the time. This approach was one of the main reasons I bought the car and they even gave me a selection of handmade soaps which was such a lovely personal touch and that made me feel quite emotional. I did not take the car for a test drive, I had the option to do so but I had a Citroen DS3 before so I did not feel the need to, also when he turned on the cars engine it was perfect and it kept calling my name out saying buy me, buy me so that was it .... I went ahead and signed all of the paperwork. The car was in immaculate condition and so clean inside it I would certainly recommend them because they were so nice. If I could give them higher than a five star rating I would do.

I would highly recommend these and use them again in the future. It was a first class service from The PR7 Car company when buying my Mercedes from here recently. Jamie was friendly, polite and so helpful, what a lovely fella he was. I'm extremely happy with the car I bought from here and I love the time I spend behind the wheel in it. This is by far the best place I have ever been, my girlfriend was taking her driving test- this is why we was buying another car. On our arrival when she did pass her test the PR7 Car Company had gone and bought her a little hamper to say congratulation's! This took us by surprise, it was so lovely. This is the level of customer service that PR7 will provide for you. It literally made her day! From start to finish these guys made the sale so personal and they took what we was looking for into consideration. Mark and Jamie are the best salesmen without being too salesmen like, if you know what I mean! As and when I am needing a new car this will be the first place I will come without a doubt. I will forever be passing on my recommendations. I can not sing these guys praises enough! Plus- The Suzuki is driving like its brand new! .
