I was after changing our car and seen one we liked online at The PR7 Car Company. I traded our old car in and managed to get a deal. Staff were very good. They weren’t pushy. Some places are on you as soon as you get out the car but not here. We asked for the keys, had a look inside the cars we liked which I prefer. I can’t remember his name but a friendly fella dealt with us and we got the car the following week. It was clean inside and out. Everything’s fine with the Toyota Aygo we purchased.

The BMW I got is brilliant, beautiful drive, good on diesel. I got good service from this dealership, the sale staff were top notch. I would definitely go back in the future. I got there, they handed me the keys and had a test drive. They had to do a service so came back few days later to collect. It was brilliant.

They put on a fresh mot on aswell for me. I’ve had a few little issues here and there but I'm dealing with them. I would go back in the future.

I love the Infiniti Q50. It’s really smooth, really clean, and, for the price point, I feel it’s a lot more car for the money compared with others I’d looked at. The dealership was great, and the guy I dealt with was very professional, helpful and nice. He helped me through a couple of issues with the apps and was very understanding when I initially had very little time to view the car. They refurbished the scuffed alloys and highlighted any imperfections rather than trying to hide them, which I thought was very open and honest. I was able to put a deposit down and was told it was refundable if I didn’t like the vehicle after the test drive. When I went back, they helped me through all the paperwork. It’s probably one of the easiest purchases I’ve had from a dealership before.

I’ve had the Mercedes for about three or four weeks now and it’s been fine. I had a bit of a blip at first when a warning light came on just after I’d driven the car away, but it was sorted out pretty much straight away. I’ve got no problems about that and the aftercare was excellent.
