Everything is fine with my Ford Ranger; so far, so good. There was a minor issue with the fog lamp, but The PR7 Car Company got it fixed for me very quickly.

After my Nissan Note was written off, I found myself looking to purchase a new car. I'm so used to the Nissan Note, so I wanted to stick with what I know best. Mark was a nice guy, and he made sure I was happy with everything before going ahead with the purchase. Recently, I purchased a Ford Fiesta for my son from The PR7 Car Company, and I was very happy with the service from start to finish. I requested an oil change, and they took care of it promptly and without any issues. They also gave the car a good wash, leaving it looking fresh and clean. As an added bonus, they even topped the fuel tank up with half a tank of gas. Having bought cars from dealerships in the past, I’m used to making requests that often go unfulfilled, so this was a refreshing change for me.

I’m loving my BMW 3 Series so far! The car runs well and performs great on the road. The customer service I received from the salesperson at PR7 was sweet. I also got to go for a test drive, which made me even more confident in my decision. Five stars all the way!

I am very happy with how the process of buying my BNW went. They gave me the keys and left me to walk around the car myself. There was never any pressure put on me to buy the car. I was allowed to test drive it myself on my own. I was offered a hot drink upon arrival. It had been raining. But when I arrived they had put the car under cover which kept it clean and dry for me to look at which I really liked. The car itself has been superb, no problems, a very clean and tidy example after looking underneath on a ramp myself. PR7 smart repaired some scuffs for me too before purchase. Only slight issue I have, and this is not PR7’s fault. But the wheel refurbishment people they got in to do all my wheels before I brought it. I was told they were being done professionally. But on inspection they haven’t done a professional job. I must stress this is not PR7’s fault. Rather the company they used to outsource the wheels too. Other than that I was happy with the whole car buying experience.
