My Jaguar is amazing, and I am chuffed to bits with it. Mark at PR7 Car Company was really friendly, and he trusted me to go out in the car myself. I also got a full service history, so I can see my Jaguar has had lots of new things put on it that needed replacing. I have no complaints whatsoever, and it is an easy five stars from me. 

I'm made up with my VW Golf that I bought from The PR7 Car Company in Chorley, and the six-hour round trip was certainly worth every mile to buy my car. I was well looked after by their sales agent, Mike, who took all the time I needed to go through things and he made sure everything made sense. I was not pushed into the sale and I was given all the time I needed to make an informative decision. I only scored these 4 out of 5 because no one is perfect, but they certainly did come close. After locating the Nissan Qashqai through Autotrader, I decided to have a little look over the dealerships web site and furthermore their reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the positive feedback they had received, so I opted to drive the 1-hour drive to go to PR7 Cars Company to have a look at the car in person. On arrival, I was met by Mike, who was super friendly and went over what I was looking for, and I explained that I was here to have a look at the Qashqai. As my last car was the same, I just wanted an upgraded model of the same car. As I know, they are super dependable and spacious, so why change? On inspection of the car, I was pleasantly surprised as to how good the condition was, as it was exactly as described in the advertisement. and before I knew it, I had decided to arrange a day for collection. Although there were some very minor issues with the car, these were swiftly sorted out at no extra cost. so, I really can't fault the service from Mark. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The Audi A5 really is everything I had hoped it would be and more; it's the perfect car for all of my needs, and it really is just something special. From the first time I clasped my eyes on it, at PR7, I knew this was the car for me; it looked great, and on the test drive, it was just the best driving experience. The dealership was so easy to find; I found it through their website, which I must say was extremely easy to use. So, overall, great service and a superb car from a terrific dealership.

My experience with The PR7 Car Company was a definite 10/10. From my first email enquiry I was called straight away, and Mark stayed later at the dealership so I could see the car on my way home from work. It is the easiest car buy I've ever made, and I was kept fully informed through each step. I am absolutely in love with the car, it is perfect for me, and the warranty and RAC cover were also fully explained, and I was told if I had any other questions after I left to call but I haven't needed to. just the best dealership, I've been to.

I just really wanted to say a big thank you to Mark at PR7 Cars for making the process of buying my BMW 1 Series so simple. He is just such an easy-going bloke; the process was super easy and very efficient, and now I have a tremendous car that runs perfect. Overall, my whole experience at PR7 was extremely positive. I really can't pick a fault with either the customer service from Mark or the car itself; I'm extremely impressed, by PR7 Car sales, and will most definitely be coming back for my next one.

Just a quick heads up on how the BMW 1 series is going, it's running bloody fantastic, really is everything I hoped it would be, I was after one for quite some time, so when scouring through online, to find the best one for myself, ne of great value, so mileage, condition, and of course price, luckily the one at the PR& car company, tickets all the boxes, also had the added benefit of being very local, and had passed it a couple of times going up the A49, so super easy to find, even if coming from further adrift, will be a piece of cake as just off from the M6. The customer service on the day was great; everything went smoothly and was very efficient. They told me to go over the car and on the test drive to make sure I was 100% happy with the car, which was sincerely appreciated. I have already recommended you to friends and family alike. 5 stars.

Having wanted a Peugeot 3008, due to the spacious nature of the vehicle, there is just so much room throughout the car. I love the look, and the driving position is excellent, making it so much easier to get in and out of. All these reasons and more are why I knew I had to get one, and luckily for me, one popped up at PR7, a great local dealership, so I knew the car would be dependable. Due to the dealership's reputation, which already has a lot of glowing reviews, which speaks volumes about how the dealership runs, the customer service was one of the best I've ever had and was more like talking to a friend than someone trying to get a car sale done. It was quite clear that he cares about his customers, as he helped with sorting out all the insurance so I could drive away the same day. It's the little things and just taking that extra time to make sure everything is spot on, which is why I will be a returning customer. Splendid work.
