It's my son’s car and he hasn't got in touch with me yet to say that there is an issue with the car so I guess no news is good news. The customer service was excellent on the day and I don't have any faults.

Me and the wife don't really use the car much at the moment but when we do use it, we can tell it is a really solid car as it runs very well. The customer service was satisfactory from the team. I would happily buy another car from here in the future.

The car is currently up in Aberdeen with my wife at the moment, but the car runs really well. The car has been on a couple of long trips since I purchased it and I don't have any complaints, the wife loves it as well. We travelled 2 hours to view the car and it was well worth the trip. The team couldn't have done enough for us, they were very accommodating to my wife and kid after the long trip down. Everything ran like clockwork and the car was ready on the exact day they said it would be, no complaints from me.

I've only ever purchased 1 car from a dealership, so I don't have too much experience to compare. However, the team really made it very easy and they kept me in the loop with everything from when the car finance to the day of collection, they couldn't of done enough for me. I only use the car on weekends as I have a company car in the week but for the time I have driven it, it runs well.

I had an successful trip to The Small Car Company and got my self a pretty good car, I went for the VW Polo and it all ran like clock work. The timing of the process was on on point and the hand over went smoothly. I went for there Polo as I have wanted one for a while, the one that the Small Car Company had in stock was stunning and in great condition, there is no way I could've said no. This is my first car, I passed my test in my country and never drove so getting my first car over here was exciting and a little scary. I am really happy with the car and was also really happy with the team and customer service. It was a very friendly, professional and pleasant experience to go through. I also thought I would have struggled more getting my confidence with driving, I was surprised how quickly I picked it back up.

I have always had VW's, I treated myself to a Polo, a lot newer than anything I have had in the past. I love all the modern techy bits, the apple car play alone has made a massive difference. I am over the moon with my new Porsche Cayenne and Andy from The Small Car Company was a pleasure to deal with. I am really happy with my new VW Sharan, it got lots of room which is perfect for me and my family. There are a couple minor electrical bits which The Small Car Company are helping me resolve.
