I purchased a cracking BMW 1 Series down at The Small Car Company, what a deal I got!! The customer service was wonderful. I found the staff in the dealership so helpful and kind, they were always ready to give a helping hand. I was shocked at how fast my turn around was, it was super quick and smooth and just all round a great experience!! During the time I spent at the dealership I was treated like royalty, I felt welcome at all times and these guys would move heaven and earth to make their customers happy. Andy, who was dealing with me was so so helpful and friendly all throughout, he was great and made the process so easy. I have nothing to give other than absolutely 5 stars.

Overall I am very happy, my 4 Series is a very good car and I can say with confidence there have been no issues with it since the day I bought it. Mike and the rest of the team are great and I would happily return to this dealership for another car.

I am so impressed with the MPG on my Golf, when I was getting ready to buy my next car one of the biggest factors was the MPG due to the regular long journeys I do. I found my Golf online and I was pleased with the condition, mileage etc and the colour was nice so I went down to look in person. I dealt with a team member called Mike and he was kind enough to get my queries looked into. Mike even arranged to have the car delivered to me when it was ready and I can't stress enough how convenient I found this.

The customer service at The Small Car Company was excellent- you can't ask for more when a problem is raided and it is dealt with immediately. When I was driving off the lot there was an issue with one of the tyres and they put this right straight away. The dealership is tip top and I would absolutely recommend. I am very pleased with my BMW, thanks guys.

I had a lovely car buying experience at The Small Car Company, Andy was very friendly and helpful. I don't think I could have asked for more. The Mazda I bought has been doing very well on the whole. I will be give four stars but that is a high mark from me because no one gets a five!
