This is my second time visiting TTC, and they are always welcoming, everyone you speak to is lovely. I got the Nissan Juke on this occasion, and it's been fantastic.

I absolutely love my Ford KA, it's so much better than my previous car. I had a smaller car before, but I much prefer this one. It’s smooth to drive and is just right for me. The team was helpful and attentive. As soon as I walked into the building, someone was there to assist me right away. So welcoming, I felt really looked after.

5 stars for my experience at The Trade Centre. I thought the process was really quick and easy, once I decided to go ahead with my Vauxhall Astra. I did have a little issue with a tyre pressure sensor but I took it back to the dealership, where they took care of it and it's been great since.

No grumbles about the customer service. I received from the team back in December when i got my Dacia. Since having it, I've noticed it feels a little slow, so I'm taking it in for a service to hopefully make a difference to the speed, but it is a 1L so I'm not sure if it's meant to be like that. Otherwise, happy with the car.

This was the first time I've purcahsed a car from here but my parents/ brother have had cars from here before so I was recommended by them. Everything went well, I drove away in a Ford Fiesta and up to now it's going good. I'm happy with my purchase from TTC.

The Mercedes purchased from the Trade Centre was on behalf of my daughter, and she uses it every day for work. We even took it to London the other weekend, and she’s very pleased with it. As always, the customer service was fine. I’ve had a couple of cars from here now, and they’re always helpful, answer all my questions, and sort everything out.

Everything with my Skoda has been going okay, I'm happy with it. I was also satisfied with the customer service from The Trade Centre, as it was the perfect experience.

So far my Seat Leon is going great. There was an issue at the start of owning it, to do with the warranty, but it's all been sorted now and no other issues have happened. The service I received on the day was great. Everyone was really polite and helpful, to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I agreed to take the car on Sunday and by Monday it was ready to collect.

The car purchased from the TTC Coventry was for my daughter, and she's really happy with it. I've driven it a couple of times myself, and it's a really nice drive. We were looking for a BMW and when we came across the 520D, we thought it was a nice car and I felt the deal was just right. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was really helpful, really supportive when it came to the paperwork, and it was a no-pressure sale. Only 4 stars because I didn't get a cup of coffee haha, but overall it was a good experience.
