Very helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff

Returning for another time, this is a really trusted dealership to me. Everytime the process is great. I am never waiting around the car is cleaned and prepared for me and I have never had an issue with the cars I have had from here. I would obviously go back again in the future if I was looking to upgrade.

I have to say, the team at Trade Centre’s Coventry branch have been absolutely brilliant. From choosing my car to driving away in my Outlander, everyone was really friendly and incredibly helpful. I’ve had to book the car in for a couple of things since the purchase, but the aftersales team handled everything quickly and efficiently. No complaints whatsoever.

There's loads of makes/models to choose from at Trade Centre Coventry and although I live just down the road, I'd not actually been in before. Really glad I chose to this time around as everything about their service was all good.

The Ford Mondeo we bought last month was a significant purchase for us for a couple of reasons — firstly, it’s a huge upgrade from our old car, and secondly, it gives my fiancée a lot more freedom now that she can drive it on her automatic licence. We were looked after by a guy called Sean who was brilliant — he explained all the features and functions clearly without being pushy in the slightest. He gave us the time and space to have a proper look around at our own pace, which we really appreciated!
