Couldn't be happier with my Peugeot 5008. I've had my eye on one for ages as they're lovely and spacious, so it's nice to finally get my hands on one. The customer service on the day was awesome, but I've marked down half a point as the waiting times were a bit longer than I'd expected, especially over the weekend.

The young lad who sold me my Kadjar was brilliant so he was! I've shopped at Trade Centre Coventry before and found them a bit too pushy in the past if I'm honest, but everything was MUCH better this time around.

Quick and easy process and drove away in the car I purchased the same afternoon.

Trade Centre Coventry is the largest car supermarket in the area, so we decided to visit them when it was time for an upgrade. We've had our Citroën C3 for just over a month now, and it has been absolutely perfect so far. The staff were fantastic throughout the purchasing process—helpful and friendly. There were a few issues with the car, so we couldn’t drive it away the same day. We had to wait for it to be serviced and for the tracking to be sorted, as it was slightly off. The only frustration was the lack of communication regarding when the car would be ready. We didn’t hear anything for the first 2–3 days and had to follow up ourselves to get an update. However, the team apologised and worked hard to give us a clear collection date. Overall, we’re quite happy, but improving after-sales communication would make the experience even better.

The little Fiesta I bought here five years ago was recently written off, and I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted to replace it with. I decided to pop over to Trade Centre Coventry just to browse and get some ideas. I was greeted by Islam, and I immediately let him know I wasn’t there to buy, even suggesting he focus on helping more serious customers. However, he reassured me that it was no trouble at all and stayed with me, providing plenty of information about different makes and models that suited my needs. Thanks to his support, I was able to make an informed decision without feeling pressured at any point. Islam is clearly great at his job because, by the end of my visit, I fell in love with and purchased a Kia Sportage! I’m so glad I did—it’s been absolutely fantastic. A big thank you to Islam for being amazing from start to finish—I truly couldn’t fault a single thing with my experience.

My aunt and uncle have bought a couple of cars off the Trade Centre in Coventry before, so I decided to give them a try. They definitely lived up to the recommendation! I found the staff to be super helpful and understanding when I reported a minor issue with my wing-mirror post-sale, getting me booked in pretty much immediately. I'm only awarding 4 stars as the finance APR was higher than I'd have liked, but I know that's beyond everyone's control.
