Dishonest, poor service, staff rude, get you there under false pretences, don't have cars at the prices advertised on their website. Offer £500 discount off screen price which they don't honour, lie about whats on offer and what comes with the car. The Trade Centre UK West Midlands branch are a thoroughly unreputable company, I will be taking various issues up with trading standards

When I purchased a car told by The Trade Centre (West Midlands) that all Major parts covered so had it £666 for 3 years 4th year free had problem with car every time phoned R A C they say not covered had car serviced when needed so think before you purchase car you don't need it just a rip off.

The Trade Centre UK in Wednesbury advertise cars on website, in newspapers and on radio at competitive prices but when you go to buy, not one is available. Only similar cars at 1000s more. Just a scam to get you through the door. Don’t waste your time go elsewhere

My son bought his and his girlfriend bought a car from The Trade Centre UK (West Midlands) and has had nothing but trouble with it . They've twice had to return the car for work to be done only for something else to crop up . They've had to take time off work , taking two cars ( the one that needs a repair and the other to get home . ) which causes extra expense . The sales pitch is pushy and the hidden expenses extortionate . After seeing the adverts on the tv I actually suggested my son go to this company , now , I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy .

As soon as you walk through door at The Trade Centre UK (West Midlands) the salesperson approaches before you have had chance to browse lots of cars only on key provided this on 2/3 year old cars would not use again.
