I wasn’t originally looking for a Captur, but the car I initially chose had a few issues that were taking longer than expected to fix. It turns out the Renault is actually much better suited to me, so it’s funny how things always seem to work out in the end. All the staff at this branch were professional and handled everything brilliantly!

As a site manager working nationwide, I decided it was time to trade in my old gas guzzler for something a bit more economical. The 1-litre engine has definitely taken some getting used to I’ll admit haha! That said, it’s doing the job......I'm now spending only about £30 a week for roughly 200 miles, so no complaints from me or my wallet.

In hindsight, I should’ve just put it in my wife’s name, as she’s been the only one driving it anyway—typical! I believe the true measure of any dealership is how they handle situations when things go wrong, and I honestly can’t thank the team at Trade Centre Wednesbury enough. When the EML light came on in my Vauxhall Corsa, they booked me an appointment almost immediately. While I did have to wait a bit as they diagnosed and fixed the issue, they made sure I was comfortable, offering plenty of hot drinks to keep me going while I worked from the waiting room.

Trust me when I say all's good with my Nissan Juke. I'll definitely be giving these guys a shout when it's time to switch it up!

We've got a two year old now and were struggling with lack of space, so decided to look at upsizing the car.
