Dishonest sales and defective vehicles They are very crafty and dishonest and do everything in their power just to get the sale and really don’t care about you. I went there and saw an Audi A4 S-Line and liked it, however, when I turned it on, I realized that the driver side headlamp is defective as that side DRL is fainted than the other side and it clearly would stop working eventually and when I highlighted this, one of the sales manager said that though they see the issue they can’t fix it because they would have to change both sides because if they only change one side then one is gonna be brighter which is total garbage! And they refused to do anything to the price or rectify the problem, I still went ahead with the sale did everything for the finance and they even showed the infamous “99 point inspection” and tell me that the car is ok. Whilst waiting forever for them to do their finance bit, it was approved and then they moved the car around and when asked where the car is, they told me it’s just getting washed, after an hour of waiting for the car to be washed and waiting for the finance money to be paid out, when I asked for an update I’m being told that the finance company is still doing their bits and as soon as it’s done I’ll drive away. After the money was paid into their account and I’m now obligated to take the vehicle, they call me on my phone to confirm this and said that I can no longer get the vehicle today because something is wrong with the gear shifter and that they’ll have to call me tomorrow to see when I can come for it. This whole time they knew something was wrong and refused to say anything! Because they wanted the sale to go through and after, they just dished dirt.. with no compensation and no explanation, not even an apology or anything. This place is dodgy! DO NOT BUY OR PUT YOURSELF IN DEBT USING THIS COMPANY! TRANSPARENCY IS EVERYTHING. at the same time my relative took a 2017 Nissan Juke and got thru and literally after driving out, the lights stopped working and after turning the switch off and on again.. the headlights worked and the fog lights doesn’t. The experience was very distasteful!. There needs to be more policies, checks. Etc.. to ensure that what’s being sold is as they say it is. I ended up taking the car and because of this experience, I went to Stafford Audi and had them do an inspection; because it has dual climate which you can adjust the temperature but where the adjustment system is, you can see greasy hand marks like they did some work in that area and didn’t fix something right because one side can get warm whilst one side is just cold and can’t change. After the inspection, turns out the car has had a front end collision damaging the front right hand quarter and there’s still impressions of that damage to include the same headlamp and fender liner, also to note, for a 2018 Audi with only 70k on clock, I kept having to top up coolant and they realized that it’s leaking coolant and also misting oil. Alllll that is within two days of having the car. After returning the car to the trade Center, I told them all the issues and that at this point, I just want to reject and unwind the finance agreement, I was told an inspection has to be done and they would give me an update the same day by 3 pm, this was Friday the 29th .. I did not receive a call until Tuesday after I called demanding answers and that’s when they are gonna tell me that they don’t see any issues with the car and that I must come pick it up or else they will be charging storage fees. People don’t let my reality be yours, be wise! I was approached by a group individuals who will be starting a social media campaign to educate the public of this company and their mode of operation and at first I was iffy but at this point, I fully endorse and if there’s anyone else who would like to add, you may do so by emailing your story and proof to stopthetradecentre - gmail

My stepson purchased a car from these conmen on 15th March 2024, car broke down before he could even get it home After sales is non-existent, they very rarely answer the phone making it very difficult to make contact. Eventually they arranged for the vehicle to be recovered, Unfortunately the man sent to recover the vehicle must have another job title as he certainly had no knowledge of vehicle recovery claiming the vehicle couldn't be recovered because of a flat tyre. It's all OK now we've changed the tyre ready for recovery. However, this led to a very worrying discovery, the tyre was in a unroadworthy condition which could lead to a fatal accident (had this vehicle really been checked over ? No coolant and an illegal tyre). Then we have their returns policy, you've guessed it doesn't exist, why should we give you your money back, you were stupid enough to buy from us, remember a fool and his money are easily parted
After sales team couldn’t get any worse, brought my car back around 3/4 times to sort issues out that should’ve been noticed in their checks before selling me the car. Worst communication with them from replies taking days or just being straight up ignored. False promises and overall a massive let down.
I have bought a car and they new the car have problem and I almost died with my baby and friends in a car crash . Terrible customer service. I don’t recommend anyone
I am soo angry as I am typing this! I bought a BMW on Friday the 26th of jan, on Saturday I noticed the brake fluid was showing on the dash board that it’s been overdue since last year 2023. From the 27th till today 30/01/24 I have called uncountable times, left messages, and yet still no one has ever called till date. I am going there tomorrow because this is P*** taking. I REGRET EVER USING THEM NOW!

Same experience, my daughter had her car 3 days, warning light on dash about exhaust system. They’ve now had it for 26 days, communication almost non existent, couldn’t care less. She’s been to showroom today thought she might grab their attention if she walked around sharing her story with customers, she’s now been promised she will have it back tomorrow- we won’t hold our breath but will be happy to while away our time enlightening a few more prospective customers.
I purchased a car on finance from these jokers at the end of 2023 the 3rd week into it's warranty I spotted the guard under the wheel arch had come loose I contacted them and was told they couldn't accommodate me untill 25th of January long story short I had to cancel the appointment due to family commitments and not having anyone to drive me back from the dealership as I don't live nearby I contacted them on the day early in the morning my appointment was at 2:30 in the afternoon I left voicemails emailed and have phoned several times only to have the phone put down on me more than once still waiting for some sort of contact from them not good and I am really annoyed will not be recommending them

We bought a car from this place nearly 2 years ago and from the first week of having the car we have had nothing but expensive issues to keep fixing. It appears a new expensive issue arises every 4-6 months. It’s a complete waste of money and the trade centre themselves have been nothing short of useless at trying to help us or empathise. We’ve told everyone we know NEVER to waste their money or time with this centre and would never recommend their useless services to anyone.

We bought a car in Oct and was very please with it. When we were going through the paperwork they told us that as the MOT was due to run out in 3 months they would book it in and get it done before Christmas. We waited and had no call to book it in. We have tried 4 times left messages with the team and emails have been sent. The car eventually sat on the drive way for 3 weeks after the MOT ran out. We are not happy with the after care service and had to book it in with Kwik Fit and got it done. But even they regailed stroies of other unhappy customers that came to them to get issues resolved.

After 2 days the car had 16 faults!!!! Got fixed after a 7 week wait!! Left with no car. Getting hold of the aftercare team is ridiculous, leave a message and they will call you back, I've ever had a call back except when I put a review up and they rang to ask if I'll take it down. Engine management light is back on and booked in 5 weeks from now. They say use it and hope it doesn't get worse. Place is a joke just give me my money back!!!!

CAR BROKE DOWN AFTER 8 DAYS - CASE NOT RESOLVED OVER 5 MONTHS LATER This company is an absolute joke. Do not use them under any circumstances. Terrible service. Absolute crooks who brazenly breach consumer rights. My partner and I purchased a vehicle from Trade Centre Coventry in early July, which broke down 8 days after purchase. I write this in December, having had nothing but problems with the vehicle and the extremely unhelpful Trade Centre staff. We returned the vehicle upon the first breakdown. The Trade Centre firstly refused to issue a refund, insisting they inspected the vehicle first. This took over 5 weeks, leaving us without transport with no offer of a courtesy car. In the meantime, we wrote to the Trade Centre head Office to lodge a formal complaint, which was ignored entirely by the company. They claimed they could not find a fault, again refused to refund us, and we took our faulty car home again after an extremely unhelpful conversion with the condescending branch manager, who like the rest of the staff we encountered, showed no compassion towards us or our situation. I note that on collection of the car, the waiting room was full of other people with broken down vehicles purchased from the Trade Centre. Between late August and mid-November, the car broke down on 3 further occasions, and so the car was returned to The Trade Centre a second time. They again refused to refund us, kept our vehicle for inspection a second time, and again claimed they couldn’t find the issue - despite us providing various reports from the AA to support our claim. They did however find some separate issues, which they so far refused to fix. They now expect me to collect and take home an unreliable car which clearly had a fault when we purchased it. Dealing with them has cost us so much time, stress, and money over the last 5 months, and we are still not closer to resolving the issue. I will be sure to provide an update with the resolution of this case, which I am sure at this point will end in court proceedings.
