Came in with not much hope for finding the car I wanted but ended up coming away with my perfect car! Demar assisted with helping pick the car and was really friendly & knowledgeable, and made me feel so much more at ease in such an overwhelming situation. He wasn’t pushy but made sure to help as much as he could & even up to when he was leaving to go home still made the effort to talk to us & update us on the status of my car. I also want to mention Kyle who assisted with finalising the purchase, because he was also really helpful & answered all the questions I had. He was really friendly & put me at ease after the big purchase!

I recently bought a Volvo from Trade Centre Wednesbury and overall had a great experience. The car is running perfectly, and I'm really happy with it. There was a bit of an issue with the front driver-side tyre going down but before leaving the dealership I was told something would be put in the tyre to prevent punctures, so that was a bit unexpected. I can't fault the customer service though. The team was lovely and although the whole process took around 9 hours, which felt quite long. I've been here before and the staff have always been great. Just as a bit of feedback, would be a little more communication around the finance side of things would have helped, as there was some confusion.

Everything with my BMW X1 has been very good. I drive it every day and it's good, I'm happy with it. The staff at The Trade Centre UK Wednesbury are very nice.

I've not had my Citroen C3 for that long but the car has been brilliant, I love it. With me having 5 kids, the car gets used every day, as it's non-stop, but it all seems to be going well. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I felt each step took a little while to complete, and it turned into a bit of a long day. I did manage to drive away on the same day but I thought the process could have been a little bit quicker.

Great service they were absolutely fantastic. I didn't know what car I wanted and I was told one had just come in so I went to have a look at it. I wasn't keen at first but I soon fell in love with it. Even when I wanted to cancel the roadside assistance they were super helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the paperwork at the end took a long time, I was at the dealership for a few hours in the end. Honestly they were absolutely amazing!

First I spoke with the finance lady and a romanian lady who explained everything to me. Everyone from my family have cars from The Trade Centre, that's why I went looking there, I've only been to work and back in my car so far but it's nice and smooth. I would highly recommend

It was a good experience initially. The salesman we met about 3 of them in the end and they were all lovely, there was no pressure from them at all and the car is lovely. I did have one problem with it though - I was driving down the motorway and suddenly the overheat lights started flashing. I stopped and the car cooled down and it hasn't happened since, but it was strange. The worst part was when I went to pay, I felt really rushed and I didn't get chance to properly think about the warranty or anything, at one point we had sat in the cafe part and had a chat with the salesman which was fine and then we were going into glass offices but the doors were all open because it was a warm day, the salesman slammed the door because we were still deciding whether to take the warranty or not which I found very intimidating and I felt pressured. I would give them 4 stars based on my experience as a whole.

The experience was decent to be fair. 100% explained everything for us and how it all works. My brother has had cars from them in the past so I looked for the closest Trade Centre near me and made the purchase. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family and I will come back when I'm in need of another car.

Good experience. I can't remember who I dealt with but they were great and explained everything to me. I've been there 4 times so far, the experience has been great every time. Highly recommended.
