I'm using my car every day for work and it's driving perfectly. Had a good experience with the team so I have no concerns over going back or recommending them. Their customer service was really good.

First time buying from the dealership and I would look to use them again. Found their customer service was really good and friendly, although some feedback would be for them to step back a little when browsing. So far the car is good, using most days for commuting to work.

I visited the Trade Centre at Wednesbury with my eyes on a VW Golf, but it was no longer available. Fortunately I found a Mercedes A180 and knew that's what I wanted. It's an excellent car and I'm still discovering new features every day. Great customer service from the team at the dealership, no faults apart from a slightly long wait on the day. Shoutout to Mohammad who sorted me out.

Brilliant service

Had a nice experience when buying from Trade Centre UK. Found it was quick and the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. However, I do have to give them 4 stars as I had to chase after purchase to sort out an issue that was discussed presale.

Purchased a Ford Focus from the Trade Centre UK branch in Wednesbury and it's all good. The customer service was very good and got the vehicle the same day, however the whole process could do with being quicker

Visited The Trade Centre in Wednesbury after seeing a Nissan Juke online that I wanted. It was no longer available when I got there but fortunately there was another one in which I went for. Some small feedback would be for the valets to be done to a higher standard

Really pleased with the little car I bought last month... it’s been absolutely brilliant! I’ve already taken it on a couple of longer trips to York and back and it’s been perfect. I kept hearing Trade Centre’s adverts on the radio, so I decided to check them out when it was time to change my car. The service was fast/efficient and the staff were really helpful in answering my questions. I’m giving 4.5 stars instead of 5 just because I would have liked a bit more time to browse the cars without a salesman present. But that’s a minor point in the grand scheme of things. Quite pleased overall!

My new car's all good - I've driven about 300 miles and it's just had a service and everything's sound. I drove about an hour each way to Wednesbury & it was deffo worth it. Can't remember the bloke's name who helped me but his service was proper.
