I bought a car from here in January for £11,ooo, on a trip to plymouth in May, the car broke down completely. The AA had to tow it back to my local garage. They have informed me it is the cam belt and will cost £2,000 to repair. I've tried to contact Trade Centre numerous times with no response, they simply don't answer. I've left messages that they do not respond to. All they want is your money, there is no after care at all. I would never ever recommend them to anyone. Don't go there !!!!!

I agree with you. The after service is diabolical. They never get back when you leave a message. I suspect it's just a matter of time until this company's reputation bring it down. I'm so dissaponited with the so called after care service. They are just a crappy car sales dealership wrapped up in a shinny car garage. I've not had a car for weeks. Only drove it for 2 weeks. Car kept slipping out of 3rd gear then wouldn't go into 3rd. I just wonder if they bodge up the cars they sell and hope the car just lasts for the 1 month warranty then breaks. Mr Mark Bailey you need to do an under cover boss with your company.

I cannot express this enough, there website is false advertisement, you cannot buy a car for 20 pound a week and 99 pounds deposit. After visiting there place in wensbury there was not 1 car that was for 20 pound a week and all deposits were 999, After searching the whole court yard for these amazing bargain I could not find 1 so I asked the sales man and pulled out my phone to ask were these amazing bargains were and of course he said oh that one was sold this morning (of course it was) so I pointed out another one of these amazing bargains 20 pound a week and 99 pound deposit, what did he say, can I ask you to go and see the manager becsuse obviously he didn't have an answer so of I trotted to the big important white desk at the front were all the sales staff were waiting, again I showed him my phone and asked were all these cars were that were 20 pound a week and 99 pound deposit, I stood waiting paiently for his answer and to my surprise they were all sold the moral of this story they put on these deals to get you to go there but it's only false advertising. I was looking for the many cars on there website for 3999 and there was none to be seen. I only marked the ratings as 1 star as it would not let me proceed with out selecting other wise there wouldn't even be that

I honestly made the mistake of buying off this company. They really take care with the sales process but after care Is diabolical. Stay well away at all costs. So dissaponited. Been without a car for weeks. They are not even going to look at mine until 31/10/23. They must be over run with returned cars for repair. No courtesy car no care.

Purchased a car on Monday 1st May 2023 for over £23,000. but once you have bought the car.... that's the end of it, no customer service at all! you really are just a number to them. Had a fault with the car ( Engine management light.) since then we have tried to contact the after care team, left multiple messages and no one has returned my calls. ( we have kept the call logs.) We managed to get through once after 40 mins on hold and they have refused to do anything useful. They offered us to drop it off in a months time (7th June), Monday to Friday only and will not supply a replacement car while its being fixed. We have 1 car, live 1 hr away and work Monday to Friday. so how would we get home? should be an option to drop it off and have a replacement car until fixed. Their after care has been awful. They have breached all trading standards rules and regulations. We do not want a refund ( also told we were not entitled to after only 1 day!) , we love the car but they need to fix the faults. don't offer a 28 day warranty ( think the legal rights is 6 months.) if you cant honour it. This is my 4th car from them... I was so pleased before when I purchased my last year in 2017, but this experience has been truly awful and would not recommend them to anyone.

I went in today while they have a £2000 sale on all cars are over priced. I looked at a car they had for 10 999 wich makes ot 8 999 with the sale I checked on a comparison website wich showed the car as only being worth 7890 so I showed this to the sales man and was walked out the show room

Went in today to browse as their website is severely lacking, made it clear on the phone and when I arrived I was only looking at their stock. Once I was done looking they sat me down and immediately started filling in the purchase from. Once I repeated I wasn't buying it today a manager came over and tried to sweet talk me into going through. Should've listened to the reviews online, don't trust them.

Further to the conversation I had with Mohammed today can I please add the following. The reason the service was carried out was due to the following. 1 Advised by yourselves not to drive the vehicle and get it checked. 2 The vehicle was 200 miles away. 3 Still under your 30 day warranty 4 Emac could not assist due to still being under your own warranty. 5 It does state you collect vehicle if not driveable,as I'm not a mechanic how would I know if the squeal was not more dangerous hence why not drivable. 6 you obviously didn't carry out the 99 check correctly as it the wipers failed and no wash additive present causing me and my family to stop the vehicle on a busy motorway to clean the windscreen. 7 advised the vehicle didn't need a service till 2023 December?? Hence why I got it serviced. 8 purchasing a vehicle and being out of pocket imdeietly 9 shocking rude staff with little or no empathy at all due to the circumstances I was in ill mother and brother. And finally the warranty which I want stopped and refunded. All the above will be placed on review sites highlighting the concerns I have and for future customers to be aware of. Ian

I bought the car and I was told all is good. The new radio cost me £500 and fitting cost, ALL 4 Wheels Wheels refurb £300, The Rear shelf missing £80, Parts of the engine missing £100, Tyre lost air overnight in one tyre and had to get a new tyre at £135. the car seat is torn and costs £100 to repair. Very dirty and had to get it professionally cleaned, I nearly sent £1000 and could have got a better car some other place who is honest and trustworthy. I would NOT buy a car from this company

Dont even deserve 1 star...Drive away in 1h more like 7h later and that's just the start. I brought an £11,000 audi that was still at £11,000 after I traded in my old car for around £3,000! On my paper work it said I had MOT until 19.10.22 to then find out after having taken it in the garage due to parts going on it that the MOT was only until January! So voids my insurance and they didn't want to help in the slightest. After care is awful. Save your money and go else where, NEVER again will I buy a car from this place. Disgraceful: (

We bought the car in good faith knowing it had a fault caused by trade centre valet team. We were told it was an easy fix and just to bring it back for one day to resolve, it has now been back twice and have been told they need to keep it for 5 days to fix adequately! We asked for a hire car and were told no and stated we need this for work and to be honest they couldnt care less and we were told no hire care available. I found the after care to be to the point where i can honestly say we will never go again
