I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle. The showroom host was amazing and helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my budget and answered any questions I had, because of this I would rate my overall experience at being a 5

95% of my experience with the dealership has been really good, and the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because I've had a slight knocking sound coming from the car. But when it came to getting in touch with the aftersales team, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I headed down to The Trade Centre, spoke to the aftersales in person, and within 30 minutes, one of their engineers took the car out on a test drive. The car is booked in for tomorrow, so hopefully it will all be sorted. Everything else otherwise was a good experience.

I've had my BMW for a couple of weeks now and it's working fine. I just need to keep an eye on the AC as it's not currently blowing cold air, but if it keeps happening, I'll give the team a call. 5 stars because the sales process was excellent! and I got the car very fast.

This was my first time visiting TTC and the service I received was excellent, everyone I spoke to was really good to deal with. I went for the Vauxhall Corsa Energy and the only problem I've noticed is that the wheels aren't balanced properly but otherwise, it's been a great car.

Everyone was so nice, I can't believe how quick the whole process was!

So far no issues to report with my Mokka, it's been alright.

Everything mechanically with the car seems to be going okay, there's no lights on the dash anyway which is always good to see. I just need to find out where to top my AC up as I've been using it a little bit more with the hotter weather we've been having. Great experience overall, teh service from the team was lovely.

Overall, really happy with the Ford Kuga. Mechanically it’s been great, though there is an issue with the fan being stuck which is stopping it from moving – that needs sorting. I also forgot to take the car mats when I drove away, so I’ll need to go back for those. That aside, the service was fantastic, I've got no complaints at all.

So far everything has been perfect. I'm really happy with the Audi A3. Haven’t done any long trips yet, but it’s been great for the daily commute. No complaints. The lad who showed us around was lovely – not pushy at all, unlike previous visits. He gave us space to look around, which I appreciated as I wasn’t sure what I wanted. Overall, a really good experience.

I love my Mini, I'm just waiting for a call back from TTC regarding my clutch as it's quite hard to press down.
