Happy with everything after buying my car from Trade Centre. The customer service was good, it was my first time buying from them and I would go back again

So far the car is good but it has a few issues and currently in discussion with the team to get this resolved. The buying process was fine with helpful staff, if not a little long.

My new car is great, I'm in it every day and its going well. Found the customer service really nice and good as well. I would give them 5 stars if the sales process were quicker, as it took a while to get the car

Happy with my recent purchase from the Trade Centre at the Wednesbury branch. Turned up on the day and managed to drive away same day. It was an easy process but did take a bit long

Found our experience of buying through the Trade Centre to be not too bad. Finding our new DS3 to be good so far, fine to drive. Some room for improvement with communication, as some of the information given by sales was not clear.

Can say honestly our new Corsa is perfect, can't complain. The service we got from our salesperson Andy was also absolutely amazing. They were so helpful, and despite being busy with other customers, they always made lots of time for us.

This was my 2nd purchase from The Trade Centre as I appreciate how quick and easy it is with option for same day drive away. The salesperson was already a great help. I think I've spent more time in my new car than anywhere else since buying it. However I am giving 4 stars as the communication could be better.

Had our new Vauxhall Grandland X for a few weeks now and we have no problem at all with either the vehicle or rating our experience with the team at the Trade Centre, they were friendly and helpful.
