The staff were lovely! The car does have a slight issue but I just think the aircon needs regassing which I'm getting sorted myself. I'll give them 4 stars because it took quite a while to go through the process but I did have a good experience with them.

The experience with the sales people was quite nice with no pushiness. The only disappointing thing was the a website was advertising half price cars but when we got there, there was barely any available. Overall it was good experience - I was pleasantly surprised!

I went up there a couple of times - once to view the car and another time to finalise the purchase - the staff there were very helpful and they sorted everything out, They even found me a charger to charge my phone because we were there a while. There was no offer of a drink though which would have been appreciated. I've already recommended them to others and I reckon I would go back in the future because they do have a large selection of cars

I've had a couple of issues with my Ford Eco Sport because of a cracked light at the bottom of the car, the drivers side seal has gone and the pixels are going in my screen. Everything is booked in for the 10th so hopefully it will get sorted. Otherwise the car is going okay.

Process of buying was really good and made for a really easy sale. I love my MIni and although there was a 4 day delay, it was a positive one because the car went in for a engine recall and when I got it back it had all the necessary work done on it.

The Volvo has been wonderful – no issues at all and running brilliantly. I use it daily for work. I first visited The Trade Centre in Coventry, but when I had an engine management issue, they ignored me completely. I ended up going to Wednesbury instead, and I’m glad I did – the salesman was 10/10. Very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. No complaints at all. I also received a follow up call to check how things were going, which was a really call.

Everything has been perfect and so far for the time I've had my Ford Kuga, it's been all good.
