Bought an Audi 4 end of August, 50.000 mile safe. 1 month later recovery from the lakes, slave cylinder failure which led to the clutch burning out. Most garages won't touch any clutch related issue on behalf of EMAC life time warranty without substantial cash upfront which I don't have. Even Halfords are saying they don't have the tools for the job, yet when i dropped the car off, they were happy to explain they had the exact model on the forecourt stripped down but no payment. Phoned Trade Centre still awaiting a call back.

Wouldn't recommend While the sale was great around 3 weeks ago. The after care has been awful, I enquired when purchasing about not being local so if there any issues I'd like them fixed locally which they explained is fine. For example car was sold without a radio antenna and when asked if they can send it to me in the post. They advised that due to it being close to the 28 days I'd have to take the vehicle in so they "can see what's gone wrong" when explained I have photos from the show room showing it without the aerial I was advised I should have raised it then, although they hadn't noticed it when having the car for however long. Heavily pushing on the 28 days despite the consumer act being 6 months. Car bluetooth doesn't work, I enquired about navigation and they advised it does have nav, the system needs an update which Ford have quoted over £150 and trade centre won't agree to cover. Engine light on dash and not willing to book into a local garage

I honestly regret buying my car from Trade Centre UK. They are hot on sales but terrible after care. Drove my car for 2 weeks been without it for weeks. Its sitting in the Wednesdbury branch until 31/10/23 when they say they will look at it. I suspect they have many cars to repair before looking at mine which in itself proves they are selling cars with problems. Customer service is diabolical. Avoid at all costs.

I went to the trade centre in wensbury I needed a reliable car as I am the only person in the house that drives and my wife is disabled and my mother in law is severely disabled she has had 5 strokes in the last few years and has 3 hospital or doctors appointments per week I bought a fiat 500 from you on Thursday last week and it is leaking oil a full bottle per journey I called the trade centre on Saturday and they sent the aa out which said the gearbox and the flywheel need to come out and a seal needs replacing and flywheel and gearbox putting back in this is the only car in the house hold and you are 45 minutes to an hour drive away and on Thursday I got told by you to call the aa to pick up the car and drop it off to you the aa refused as the car is drivable so I tried ringing you back for 2 hours with it going to voicemail and I left 4 voicemails with no response from you so I cancelled my job for the day and drove up to you where I was told just leave the car in the car park and the car will get fixed when I was given the paperwork it said the car is booked in for repair for the 21 September 35 days time and I would have to use public transport back home and I would be paid back but you can not get public transport from the trade centre back to Sutton hill and I would not have a car for 35 days at least with no I am sorry and the reason I went to trade centre was I needed a reliable car so far I have spent £45 on bottles of oil and the customer service manager promised to give me £30 towards the oil and never paid me I have lost £100 in pay to take the car to you and £20 in fuel to get there and back and the car is still broken and it is going to cost me £400 to repair the damage it has caused to my brick driveway I am having to park at a friends house a half mile away

Purchased the car at the end of November 2022 and you know when you feel like your getting the best customer service and constantly getting asked do i want anything etc which you cant knock so fair play, The showroom is stunning and looks unreal but when it comes down to the LIFE TIME WARRANTY which they have signed all over the showroom and when the salesman/ladies they sell you the dream... Believe you and me they don't cover anything, Its the biggest con and biggest money maker don't waste the £50 a month extra... My car has been classed as a death trap by a Licenced Car garage as the car has been in 8 separate times due to brake failure all the repairs so far have come out of my pocket and the car was picked up by RAC 3 weeks ago and is still currently at the garage due to brake failure and the warranty company will not cover due to it not having 8 hours of labour time continuously which they don't tell you about. I have currently no car, i have 2 children and I'm at the hospital every week due to my heart disease I have and also a defibrator and pacemaker i have. And Tradecentre uk will not reply to me or get back about anything. The company is a con so be careful!!!

Dear whomever it may concern, I had purchased a car from the trade center a year ago, one month after the purchase the heater matrix had failed, yet I asked for customer support and nothing was done, now I'Ve found out the man who sold me the car cheated me, he told me the marks on the car were wax, well I recently was in a car accident and the insurance company informed me that the paint on the car was not of its original colour rather it had been modified without informing me and lying to me about its existence. Its plausible it may have even had an accident which I was not informed about. As a result I am now left with a two tone car due to lies perpetuated by a member of your staff, thirdly when sold the RAC warranty cover I was not informed that the garage would attempt to fraudulently take 2000 pounds and lie about the repairs. As you remember I had a heater matrix issue however when I rang RAC and I told them I have an Issue they informed me to go to Sakis auto garage so I could make my claim, instead of helping me out they attempted to do an fraudulent insurance claim on the RAC involving me saying it was a headgasket issue and that I would also have to pay, when attempting to retrieve the car in order to stop the fraudulent behaviour I was still charged 80 pounds which led to a total figure of 180 pounds as a result I wish to cancel my RAC warranty and due to the unfortunate fact I purchased it at your store I was informed I must cancel it there aswelll and get my refund. I am expecting some form of compensation for the deceit led by your crew and would like the colour name it was changed to so I may sort this two tone issue out myself. I have rung the trade center numerous times to be hung as a result I am emailing you. Hopefully we do not have to escalate this issue.

As a first time buyer i put my trust in the hands of these guys, I believed they was legit and trust worthy. Not even had the car a week, and there is multiple issues. I have took this to a garage who have told us this vehicle would not pass a MOT and is not road worthy, we are in our 28 day warranty and still trade centre are making it impossible to get these issued sorted. They told us to leave the car with them and they will se what they can do, no urgency at all! Customer care are awful, i am in utter shock at how little they help you and it is a waste of time trying to call as you will never get through. The sales team go above and beyond to the sell car and after that nobody wants to take responsibility for the issues, i would advise to stay away at all cost if you do not want to be scammed! We are taking the legal path to receive all money back!!

I am also having issues with trade centre uk the Wednesdbury branch. Bought my car Aug 2023. Only drove it for 2 weeks haven't drove it since. After badgering them for weeks they finally collected the car and it's going to be sitting at Wednesdbury until 31/10/23 until they say they will look at it. I'm disgusted with the company and its after sale service. I had an opp in August needed my car more then ever before. No sympathy. I just guess they are inundated with car repairs which is not a good look. I'm so dissaponited.

Brought a car from trade centre and after 2 weeks I had to call the aa 2 times. I am 30 weeks pregnant and it was so distressing. I have asked for support of the trade centre with getting my money back as the car is obviously not fit for purpose. I am having to wait over a month for them to even look at it while being heavy pregnant they have refused to give me a curtsey car or even support with another option. Leaving me to use public transport and having high blood pressure because of the stress of it all. I will never buy a car from them again and I cannot wait to see the back of them. There customer service team are very rude and trying to get hold to speak to someone is impossible.

My worst fears of buying from here was that the car would breakdown and I'd be left paying for something I can’t drive, that's exactly how I've ended up. Entice you in with low prices online only to get there and find that in branch everything's 2-3k dearer at least. Massively advertise the warranty and 99-point check to reassure you, sales advisors express how if you have any problems just get in touch. The 99-point check is a joke, my car had corroded hose clips that were just hanging, the warranty won't do anything if you or a garage can’t locate the problem and you'll be liable for the diagnostic costs. Paid well over price for the cars value for all these assurances of quality that don't exist. All their negative reviews are regarding the after care. First month I loved the car, not driving it far but noticed on warm days it would bog power in second gear, as the weather warmed this spread to fifth and became more prominent, something I hoped a service would fix. Took 5 weeks for car to show bookable via the warranty for a service but before I've even had chance, the car has broken down with overheating. I bought this car for my commute as my car share was ending, it's a 40 min drive, the first time I go to drive longer than 15 minutes since buying, it overheats! this was Monday 2 weeks ago, just 8 weeks from purchase at that point. AA fix the broken hose clips as the coolant burst out, recovered me to home. Warranty couldn't get me a garage for a week and when it went in, they couldn't find a problem but charged me for the diagnostics. Breaks down next day again, me and son stranded on motorway and my partner now stranded at work. Spent this week battling with the warranty over the fact that they won’t tell you if they'll fix it unless they know the problem. But after checking several garages none can tell you the problem without me paying a fortune for them to take apart the car. Catch 22 as diagnostic shows no fault. Car will run stationary for hours, but only 15 mins on road. Complained to after care and was first advised the same as the warranty, basically pay to figure it out yourself and we might cover the cost of this unknown repair. Said this wasn't good enough, got called Miss by somebody who had emailed 3 times previous correctly as Mr, telling me the only other option is bring the car back in 2 months on the 9th of Sept for them to have a look at repairs, conveniently the day after the MOT EXPIRES!! They clearly hate it when customers demand what they've paid for. No offer of a courtesy car in the meantime or money back on the value of the car... the quality you pay for surely isn't there and same car is online at half the price!! YOUR BEST OPTION - keep the extra money you'd spend here and buy cheaper/fairer elsewhere, then if you have any problems at least you can pay for repairs straight away and not be without a car for potentially months. Never again ALSO, REGARDING REPAIRS - If they really can’t have my car back until the 9th of September, then they must have 2 months’ worth of repairs to do for other customers, meaning this a common occurrence. Stay clear.

I truly wish I'd read these reviews before I bought a car from Trade centre UK. They are diabolical. Their after care service is none existent. They only seem to care about sales. I've been without my car for weeks. Only drove it for x 2 weeks. It started slipping out of 3rd gear early on then would go into 3rd gear at all. Few days were left on the 1 month warranty but I am so apprehensive about the repair process. I don't think I will ever feel safe in this car. I feel it may be bodged up. So dissaponited with trade centre uk after care service.

Overpriced, told will have fresh MOT did not happen, was told will be ready for 9.00am got the car at 13.00 hrs. Its cutting out, no gas for air conditioning, was told had a build in dashcam which does not work. That,s just after 2 days.

Bought a Nissan Juke 2 months ago, According to the staff at this place they do a comprehensive check on every vehicle they sell. Unfortunately we believed them but THIS IS A LIE !! The Nissan Juke had a faulty battery which apparently is not covered by the warranty although its only been 2 months. This is absolutely ridiculous. From what the Breakdown mechanic told me the battery should have been replaced before we bought the car. Now we have to pay for a new battery and fitting out of our own pocket. To Anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle PLEASE AVOID this place at all costs. Since the battery incident additional faults have been discovered on the vehicle. To Anyone who is thinking of purchasing a car from them my advice is to walk out and never look back. They DO NOT CHECK the vehicle's properly !!!!
