The sales guy was amazing, no pressure at all. I went a couple of other places but The Trade Centre was by far the best. They were very professional and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family going forward.

I haven't done many miles so far but I'm enjoying the car. I've used them before and I was happy with the service so I went back. The sales lad was really good to be fair, he gave me plenty of time to choose. I've already recommended my sister in law who also bought a car from them!

I live round the corner from this dealership so I decided to check them out, and I was happy with my experience. The car is fine, although the air con doesn't work and I've emailed them and even went to the dealership 5 times but the after sales is always closed which isn't great. I wasn't sure who I dealt with but they left me to get on with browsing which was appreciated. I've given them 4 stars due to the communication issues, but I am otherwise happy with the service and would recommend to family.

I found The Trade Centre online and they have been very good, no complaints. The car is running well - it was the quickest purchase I've ever made! I went quite late to look at the vehicle and they even stayed late to complete the purchase which I appreciated. I will definitely go back.

He didn't pressure me to make a decision and let me get on with it in my own time. I thought everything was good, customer service was of a good standard. I found them online and I hadn't used them before, but I would absolutely go back again. I've marked them down a star because I felt a bit rushed through through the process. I had to sign the paperwork before I took it for a test drive, I feel it should have been the other way around. This wasn't my first time buying from The Trade Centre, and I am happy again with the service, as it is really good. The vehicle is driving okay as well, just need to sort out some final things with aftersales.

the car had no parcel shelf, squeaky breaks, faulty window wipers , faulty key and faulty a/c button, however the after sales team have been very helpful and fixed the problems. The sales team were friendly and I would buy another from here.

We visited the Trade Centre without anything in particular in mind, just having a browse, and came away with a Fiat 500. No real complaints over the customer service, only there was a lot of waiting around.
