I have had 2 cars 1 when I couldn't get any gears within half a mile of the trade centre. I went back they gave me my part exchange back the following day I had another car where the biting point of the clutch is right near the top of the clutch and independent garage confirmed the clutch has gone. I took it back and I have written 3 complaint letters and I keep phoning them to see when I will get my money back. They are avoiding my calls and emails. I don't even know when the car will be looked as they said an engineer needs to look at the car. I need to buy another car as I have no way to get to work. I am then told once they look at it and then a report done before I can get a refund. The car has been with them 2 weeks already. Nobody rings you back even head office can't get through to them!!!

Service was alright at the start when we first turned up at the Trade Centre, but despite telling them I didn't have my driving license I was made to wait all day before being told to come back the next day. There was also an issue with the aircon that I had to turn up to get through to aftersales to sort. Since then everything else seems okay with the vehicle and I am happy with it.

Pretty good service from the team at Trade Centre in Wednesbury. It was well done and so far the car is okay and driving well.

I have no complaints, everything went smoothly. The customer service was spot-on and I would definitely use The Trade Centre again in the future. Thank you.

Everything was good

The staff were really friendly. I've seen The Trade Centre advertised a few times so I thought I'd pop in. I did have to take the car back to them for some work though - I was waiting at the branch for hours only for them to tell me they had ordered the wrong part which wasn't great. Apart from that it was an amazing experience.

It was a good experience in my opinion. The best bit was the salesman weren't pushy, they just said find me if you need me which I liked. I'd definitely go back when I need another car.

I'm enjoying the car. It was a bit of a long process though - I was there about 3-4 hours which wasn't ideal. The staff were all great, and I found they were up front in terms of the finance figures compared to other dealers I've been to which was good.

The car is going good so far but the car alarm system is going off on it's own for no reason, so I need to contact V12 about it. The staff were nice at the branch, I was happy with their service.
