The car is really nice I've got no complaints at all. It's the first electric car I've had so I was a little sceptical at first but it has been great. Customer service was very good - I dealt with Sarda - very helpful and explained everything I needed to know regarding the car.

I think this is the 4th car we've had from them and they've always been brilliant. The salesman offered the extras but they were just offered not forced which was great. I'd give them 5 stars, I can't really fault anything at all.

There was a bit of an issue with the finance but that got sorted out quickly. I dealt with Tony who was fine - everything went smoothly. The car has been spot on, better than I thought.

When I bought the car there was a warning light on the dash saying one of the tyres was low - a couple of days later I had to pump it up again and it turns out there was a puncture which wasn't good. Actually buying the car was great - I must say the staff are really pleasant. I'd give them 4.5 stars.

I've bought 5 or so cars from them over the years and they were always great, but they seem to have gone backwards in their communication. The logbook wasn't sorted out either so I had to email them about that. The car was good and Liam the salesman was fine, but their level of service was definitely better in the past.
