I have had no issues with the car, and the service provided by V12 was great. I actually found them on Google while specifically looking for the Mazda MX-30. When I went to collect the car, it was clean and had been valeted.

This is my first electric car. I bought an Audi E-Tron and have been enjoying it. I have been a little cautious about the miles, but I think most people who are new to electric cars are. Darren, who served me on the day, was excellent, and I cannot fault him at all. We went for a test drive and everything was handled quickly. I would give it 4.5 stars overall, as I paid for a chip coating on the exterior of the vehicle, and when I had a tracker fitted under the bonnet, it was still dirty. For that reason, I have taken half a star away.

We recently purchased a car from V12 Sports and Classics Wolverhampton. We found that the customer service was good, and Liam was accommodating throughout. It would have been a 5 star experience, but we have had a few issues since the purchase, which we are going to contact them about in hopes of getting resolved.

Liam, who guided me through the process, was excellent. He did an amazing job and was not pushy at all. I am very happy with everything.

I loved the car when I first saw it and the team at the dealership were very helpful in getting everything sorted for us and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the after-sales service has not been up to the same standard, as we have been chasing a refund for a tracker which we had fitted but later discovered the car already had one. For this reason, I would give it 3.5 stars. It would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Since purchasing the car, I have had a few issues and struggled to get through to the dealership. I have had to go through the aftersales team to have a wheel bearing changed. For this reason, I would give it a three star rating.

Having recently purchased an Audi A4 from V12, I dealt with a gentleman called Darren, who was talkative and easy to get along with. The only criticism I have is that he was a bit pushy when it came to the extended warranty.

I purchased a BMW X5 from V12 Sports and Classics. I decided to swap the X5 for a different car, and the process was smooth with no problems. The customer service was good.

No issues, pleased with the car, it was a quick process, wasn't any delays or waiting around. I took the car for a test drive, that didn't feel rushed I got a good feel for the car to make my decision that I wanted it. All in all it was a really good experience I would definitely go back in the future if they had something I wanted.

Mixed review regarding my experience with V12. I am happy with the car and I was happy with the people I dealt with on the phone. However, the person I had been speaking to wasn't in when I was actually at the dealership. While at the dealership, I just felt like the person I was dealing with was frustrated with me. I know I was taking some time, but it wasn't because I was messing anyone around, I was just going through all my options. Towards the end of the sale, he started offering me different things and I explained that I wanted some time to think. I could tell this was bothering him and it did make me feel like I was in an awkward situation, which I don't think customer service at a car dealership should be like. Just some honest feedback. However, everything else was great and I do love my car.
