I cannot fault Samantha down at the Witham branch, she is such a lovely salesperson! There was no pressure and no hassle, it was a really enjoyable car buying experience which makes a change from other places I have visited in the past.

We purchased a 3 Series from V12 as an additional car and its doing the job nicely!... The wheels haven't fallen off it so that's always a good sign 😜 I was served by a chap called Patryk who was very pleasant to deal with and sorted a bargain we were both satisfied with.

I only just very recently purchased an Astra from V12 Sports and Classics and I am already on the lookout for what else they have available. I am planning on returning very soon to make another purchase because of how well everything went. The customer service was absolutely excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I would have to rate V12 five stars, I had no hassle what so ever!! Samantha was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she was polite and bubbly and made my experience very pleasant. I bought an A-Class and its a brilliant car, I haven't had any issues with it. Its an upgrade for me as I had a Mercedes before it was just a bit basic, this one has much more tech on it and is very comfortable. I think now that I have owned a couple of Mercedes I wont be swaying from them, they top notch.

Jack was absolutely amazing to deal with down at the Newcastle branch! He looked after me throughout the process and I wouldn't say there is anything that needs to be improved. It was a quick and simple process and I really liked that I was able to get the Qashqai the same day. I have had a similar car in the past so I was able to get used to the Qashqai fairly quickly.

V12 in Stoke are very good! I would happily use them again. We bought a BMW X4 from them in June and all has been absolutely spot on with the car. Both my husband and I are very happy with it.

When I purchased my Grandland X from V12 Sports and Classics I had made the decision to go back to manual from automatic after so many years. I have gotten used to it nice and quickly, its like riding a bike! I found that the manual versions of the car were a little bit more budget friendly compared to their automatic counterparts. I dealt with Laura at the Hinckley branch and she was a joy to deal with, really approachable and friendly.
