I must say it was very straightforward and streamline buying my BMW from V12 in Hinckley, all went to plan and there was no delays like you usually find. The car was as described, clean and a very good price, I'm pleased overall.

Im more than happy with how my sale was dealt with, Carl was a top bloke, he made sure the car was clean, tidy and fresh for me, it looked great on the handover. He helped me through everything and explained all the details, everything was there ready to go when I arrived. I love the car and very glad I went with this choice.
