Had a long drive in the new car today and it seems great. There's a slight pressure issue with the rear right tyre which I'm hoping will work itself out, but I'll be back in touch with V12 if not. The Customer service was brilliant. 5 stars.

The salesman we dealt with wasn't pushy and the girl sorting the paperwork was very efficient. They listened to what I wanted. The car overall is great, I just think some areas could have been improved. There was visible grass hanging from under the front bonnet and some of the scratches could have had some work on.

Great van in general but have had to spend approx £2k to get it road worthy. Cambelt overdue by 20k miles, fuel leak, no spare wheel or tools, no spare key and overdue service. Negated the good sales price.

We are in love with our Audi Q5 from V12 Sports and Classics, it is such a great car we have been using it everyday. The customer service we received was also great, really cannot fault V12 at all. We'd highly recommend and we will be coming back.

A lot of hanging about and waiting during purchase. Over 3 hours. No paperwork given on day. Had to wait week for car.

I recently purchased a BMW 3 Series from V12 and I absolutely love it, couldn't be happier it is a great car. The customer service from V12 has been brilliant, there was a few little niggles but nothing that didn't get sorted. I really can't complain and I would highly recommend.

I am very pleased with my new car from V12 i cannot complain about anything, i have given them a 4.5 as I never give anyone a 5, as it leaves room for improvement.

I purchased a Ford Transit Custom from V12 Sports and Classics for my business. The guy who uses it is really enjoying it, and I haven’t heard one complaint, which is a great sign to me. I was really happy with the customer experience provided at V12 and would definitely return in the future.
