I travelled from Glasgow to buy the Audi from V12, and although it was a risk the online presence looked amazing; the stock profile, website, showroom it all looked very prestige and gave me confidence to buy the car online. Its a true reflection of the business, a high end, first class dealership, and they provided fantastic customer service, especially Alan and Mike. I had an issue with the Sat Nav, I was advised to take it to Audi to be repaired, V12 then picked the invoice up, they resolved it swiftly, promptly and professionally - I couldnt ask for much more. The Audi is so enjoyable, Im really really pleased with it, its running perfectly i cant fault it. Next time I'm looking for a new car, V12 will be the first place I look.

I purchased a car from V12 a few years back, car was great and the staff were spot on. I wanted a BMW 320 and I finally got the wife to agree to letting me have it, so I went straight to V12. I felt confident buying online as I knew the process, service and quality of vehicle. Liam dealt with me this time and he was great, it was a cash sale, so he had all paperwork ready for my arrival, he was quick, efficient and helpful. The car looked incredible and it was a lovely drive back in it. I'm very impressed, the car is perfect and the wife approves, so winner all round!

I'm more than chuffed with the A4 I've bought, its spot on I really can't fault it. There was no hiccups, delays, waiting around it was smooth, quick and easy. The car was described as good condition, and its pristine, its better than good condition, really happy with it.

Big thanks to the salesman Chris and the branch manager Craig for all their help whilst buying my new car. I have always driven Audi's or BMW's in the past, when I was ready for a new car, I wanted something reliable, low mileage, good condition etc, and I was willing to come away from the high end branded cars. If you would have said 5 years ago I'd be driving a Renault Megane I'd have laughed at you, but I'm really pleased with the decision and the car its everything I wanted and actually a really nice car. There was a delay when collecting, but it was unavoidable and I could see the staff trying to sort it out the best they could. The whole experience was excellent and I would be more than happy to buy from V12 again in the future.

Over the moon with the new car we've just purchased, we found it online and although we'd been looking for some time, the price, age and mileage was incomparable to other cars we'd seen. Nice lads down there, helpful and easy to deal with, I would be happy to buy here again.

I have bought my cars from V12 Sports and Classic for years now, there's no where else I'd buy from. When I was ready to upgrade again, restrictions were in place and we couldn't view the car first. I had no doubts in buying online, I had the confident to blind buy because I know the quality of the vehicles. This time round I dealt with Oli who was a pleasure, he was fantastic, given the restrictions and difficulties in place Oli did brilliantly, I was very impressed. The Kia Sportage is perfect, I'm really enjoying driving it's very smooth and comfortable. V12 couldn't have done anything more, the car was immaculate inside and out, exactly as I expected (if not better), the handover was quick and easy, just a fantastic experience. I will be back to V12 in the next couple of weeks, I'm helping my sister buy a car and have recommended looking here first!

I am absolutely loving my new car from V12, its faultless, such a lovely drive and very reliable. I went for a Kia Niro Hybrid and I've done a fair few big drives in it, its perfect. The range is amazing, its very economic, fuel efficient, cheap to run its just brilliant. I can't thank Joe enough, he was so helpful and informative whilst purchasing he was absolutely brilliant. Over-all I'm really happy with the car and the service, I was refreshing and exciting and I wouldn't hesitate in shopping here again.

1 thing I noticed that made V12 different to other garages I've been to, was the quality. The quality of vehicles, the quality of valeting/cleaning, the quality of customer service. It was different, I felt so valued and special and the salesman that looked after me was a credit to the company, he was incredible. I went to collect the car and they said it was ready for me, the vehicle was presented superbly it was pristine, immaculate. That is what sealed the deal for me. The customer service in the showroom was excellent, and the salesman was absolutely brilliant, he didnt push, took it slowly, answered all my questions, we had a laugh and a joke, not too serious, but still professional, he explained everything properly. He was very well mannered and good at what he does. The Mercedes is outstanding! It is as described, in perfect condition, I'm so happy, its taking a bit of getting used to, but I'm pleased with it. Its totally different buying from V12, its higher class, a real upgraded experience. I have just recommend my sister to V12 and I know they will look after her!

Had a pleasant experience purchasing my first car from V12 in Hinckley with salesman Oliver. Really helpful from the minute of looking at the car through to signing the documents and paying. He explained all information about the extra warranty, the breakdown cover, the finance options and the Diamondbrite options. Everything was a great experience, waited a few days to have the car delivered to me due to it needing an MOT. Passed the MOT with no issues, and was delivered to my front door at no extra cost. However when the car was delivered, it was then moved onto my driveway where it did not move from there for a few days due to sorting other documents out. In this time, one of the rear tyres had gone completely flat. This was something very surprising to see due to the excellent condition of the car otherwise. Annoyingly, this meant I had to straight away pay for a new wheel to be able to fix this problem before I could actually go on a drive in it so was an extra unexpected cost after seeing the condition of the wheels in the AA report. So piece of advice to anyone looking to buy from here, double check your wheels if possible to avoid the extra costs straight away! Otherwise, so far a great experience.
