I was buying my Girlfriend a new car for her birthday, she was looking around online for some time, and finally decided on the car she wanted. It was a Volkswagen Tiguan from V12. When I got in contact about the car, I was dealing with Aaron - he was spot on, really helpful, nice to speak to and get along with and he really did look after us. My girlfriend is over the moon with the car, she's really happy with it. I'm impressed with how the sale was handled and the level of care received by Aaron - I can't criticise at all.

Exception customer service provided by Vish, he literally did everything, all I had to do was make sure I was happy with the car and finance, he sorted everything out from start to finish. When I agreed the sale of my Audi A4, there wasn't much MOT on the car, so they told me to get it done and they will refund the cost and any work that needs to be done - all this was done and they stuck to their word. I had a small part that needed replacing, I called V12 and they told me to get it booked in locally and yet again they would reimburse me, the work has now been completed. I really couldn't have asked for anything more. The car is perfect, I'm really happy with it. For a first time experience, I was blown away - I will certainly use V12 again in the future!!

My partner and I recently bought a Volvo from V12 and given the current circumstance with Covid restrictions, the customer service was as good as it could be, they did everything they possible could - the salesman was helpful, friendly and very professional and the whole process was quick, smooth and no issues. The car has been perfect, its certainly an upgrade from the old rusty thing we had. Really happy with it. I would be very happy to buy from V12 again in the future, and absolutely no issues in recommending to friends and family.

I bought a BMW 520 - over the moon with the car, its a lovely runner and in tip top condition. Really enjoying driving it. I am very pleased with my nissan qashqai, I had been waiting for the right car to come along and this is definitely the perfect one. The dealership staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. They made me feel welcome and was not pushy at all, they explained everything to me and helped me with paperwork and documents etc. Very nice people and perfect car, over-all excellent.

I bought a new VW Golf, everything is great with it, I'm still getting used to it but really enjoying it so far, its really nice to drive too. V12 were really friendly, they looked after me and talked me through everything, they were great. I have already recommended them to a friend!!

This is the 2nd car I've bought from V12 Sports and Classics, I went back because they were fantastic the first time, very nice people and helpful. I part exchanged my old car in and bought a Volkswagen Passat, everything is perfect with it, its exactly what we wanted, the size, comfort and age and mileage. We are very happy with the new car. I will definitely be back to V12 when I'm ready, excellent customer service, staff are always helpful and friendly. I would recommend to friends and family.

The staff at V12 were very good, really helpful and they always updated me with anything needed. I bought a BMW 3 Series, I'm really happy with it. I've not had any problems what so ever with the car, it runs great and lovely inside. I will look at V12 again in the future when I'm looking to upgrade my car.

It's all a bit weird buying a car in these times, I click and collected the car, and to be fair to the dealer, they had a great little set up for this, it was safe and contact free - but just not the usual buying experience. I bought a lovely Audi, and its been perfect since buying - I've not manged to get out too much in it but what I have driven, I really like it.
