My new car is great. The car has been very well kept, its in incredibly good condition and looks well looked after. I had an excellent experience buying the car there was no pressure I was able to take my time, and would recommend V12Motors to anyone thinking of buying a new car. They were simple, easy and very quick - a very smooth process.

I am over the moon with my new Mercedes so glad I went ahead and made the purchase, it's living up to the expectation, its amazing. The dealership were great, very helpful and friendly, I did have a small issues with the car initially but they fixed it straight away, everything was organised well and I was dealt with and back on the road in my new car in no time at all.

I looked at the same car at a couple of different dealerships and decided on V12 and so glad I did as they are a different league, it's no wonder they do so well. I would happily buy from here again next time I'm ready for a new car. I bought an Audi A4 and its great, it looks great and I get some lovely compliments on it. The customer service was brilliant, no beating around the bush, the staff were upfront and honest, and everything was really clear and not confusing. Couldn't have been better!

Very quick process, it all went well when buying my Audi I dealt with Samantha then Andy and both were equally as helpful and friendly. The whole thing went well, very smooth. I am over the moon with the A5 - its been nice getting used to it and I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it! Definitely recommend this dealer.

I used V12 for the first time to buy a Mercedes and I've really enjoyed driving it. The car was in pristine condition. No problems at all with the car and very happy with the service from V12 they looked after me well, happy with their quick and simple process and the staff were all extremely good.

The people at the Hinckley were a bit confused at first when I arrived, telling me the car I had come to see had been sold. But after a few questions asked, things became clear and it had been reserved for me 😀 I was given an unattended test-drive in the car I had chosen, a BMW 330e M-Sport, with no real time limit set. The drive-battery had been fully charged, well done V12 for thinking of that one. The petrol tank was a quarter full, so no issues there. The whole process from start to finish was well handled and all the staff involved were very professional in their manner, with a special mention for Oliver. However, they all could do with some smarter outfits that actually fit to add to the professionalism, but that's just IMHO. V12 clearly has a wide selection of cars, and all appeared to be of excellent quality. The car I was there to see was well presented and had been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. It drove well and was certainly better than the photos on the website. I purchased the car 😀 The entire process took no more than a couple of hours. The BIG test comes now. Hopefully the car will perform well with no issues. IF there are any issues I am hoping that V12 will be as professional and timely in resolving them. We shall see 😀 Was the purchasing experience a good one? Simple answer is YES. Will I buy my next car from V12? I will let you know in 6 months time.
