I went into V12 Sports and Classics, via appointment to pick up my new BMW 3 series. Scott looked after me and made sure everything ran smoothly. The car was ready on time as expected and I couldn't have asked for more.

This was my first purchase of an electric car, and upon entering the dealership, the process was made very easy by Connor, who was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about electric cars, which really helped to put my mind at ease when making the transition from petrol to electric. After answering all of my questions, I was happy to go ahead with the purchase! When it came to the paperwork, Connor wasted no time, and before I knew it, I was on my way. Very efficient service.

Originally, I wanted to go for a 4x4, but the Jaguar I-Pace specs won me over, and I don't regret it for a second. The car is in spectacular condition, and the customer journey has been brilliant from start to finish, I can't express enough just how much I love this car.

Everything is great with my Volvo V40, i'm still really excited that it is mine. The customer service from Laura was also great and I would recommend anyone to visit/buy from V12 Sports & Classics.

Things are going great so far with my Audi; I absolutely love it. Jack, the sales executive at this dealership, was fantastic, and he explained everything fully to me. I felt under no kind of pressure whatsoever. Jack allowed me to take the car for a good test drive, and I found this to be a big part of the buying process. I would not have bought the car without being allowed to do so. Everything went brilliantly on the test drive, and this is what sold the car to me. Jack told me that the car had some dirt on the wheels and in other places, but he told me not to worry because the car would be valeted before I collected it. On the handover, my Audi was gleaming and it looked like it had just come out of a showroom. I'm very happy with everything, and I give these a perfect 5 out of 5.

My grandson was on the look out for a new car to commute to his new job, he took us over to V12 Sports and Classics, which I have no idea was even there. But isn't it a lovely dealership, lots of beautiful cars there. The staff were so friendly upon arrival and ever so helpful. My Grandson fell for a perfect VW Polo, its been fabulous for him, not a problem at all. I cannot thank V12 Sports and Classics enough, and when its time that I need a new car I will consider using them.

I bought a great car from V12 Sports and Classics earlier this year a Skoda Octavia. I was really enjoying it, until one dreaded day I got in a accident, thankfully no one was hurt but the car was written off. The insurance paid out and im on the look for another car, In my positionI would go back to see Harbinder at V12 as the customer service was really great, would recommend.

Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff I spoke to at V12 Sports and Classics. They were all extremely polite while buying my daughter her Nissan Qashqai. I felt under no pressure to buy the car from them; all the paperwork was ready prior to collecting the car. This is the second car I have bought from this dealer, and it certainly won't be the last. 

Everything is going perfect with my Jag, and I'm so happy that I chose V12 to do my car shopping at. It was ideal for me to buy my car from here because the dealership is only around 10 miles from where I live. Gernell was good at responding to me, and if he was unavailable, he would always get back to me really quickly. There is nothing I would change about my car or the service I received from Gernell.
