I first found out about V12 on the internet, they had a Peugeot Partner available which was ticking the boxes for me. In person they were pretty good and everything went smoothly. There is always room for improvement even if it is only minor so I would rate them 4* overall! I would happily return to them, they have lots amazing vehicles available.

I purchased my Q3 from V12. They were very efficient and the whole process only took a short time. All of the vehicles were well presented and there's something to suit a rage of budgets. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

We're extremely happy with the car only one little thing we thought it may have had a valet before we collected but it was a bit dirty in places especially inside and the inside of the windscreen but that's us being picky. Yes everything was great definitely a 5!

We visited V12 a good three times to look over the car and test drive it to confirm it was the right car for us. We dealt with two gentlemen called Christian and Ryan. On every occasion that we visited, they were patient, polite and helpful.

I got myself a great little Fiesta from V12 in Newcastle in June and since then I haven't had any issues with it. I haven't used V12 before but following this experience I would definately use them again.

When I discovered that my Mercedes needed a new battery and the windscreen washers repairing, V12 took care of both of these issues for me and I was very grateful for how easy they made this for me. The team were pleasant to deal with throughout.

What really stood out to me about V12 Sports and Classics was they way they treated their customers, it was really nice to see and really nice to feel it ourselves. There was an issue with the alloys on the 7 Series and it was dealt with on the spot, I couldn't have asked for better service. The 7 Series has been doing very well and I am happy to report no issues. If five stars is the maximum then that is what I will be awarding them.
