In regards to the Tiguan it has been driving well and give me no trouble (touch wood). The only issue per say was that we were told certain things would be included with the car that weren't on the day of collection but we weren't left in the dark about this. V12 refunded us the price of these items so we were able to get them ordered and we were grateful for this resolution!

At this moment in time I would rate my experience with V12 Sports and Classics 5/5. Everything when as I hoped it would and when I did find an issue with the car they made it clear that I am ok to bring the car back up to them to have it addressed.

The team at the Witham branch are actually really really lovely, all so nice to deal with! Especially Elisha who handled the sale of my Tiguan. She made sure everything ran smoothly. The car itself is doing great the only thing I have been disappointed with is the quality of the mats I was sold, they are very flimsy. That being said I am still a happy customer who would give five stars.

No problems with the car or the service received. Patryk was very helpful and genuine friendly guy! The purchase went smoothly and I would happily return.

Unfortunately I haven't had much opportunity to drive my new car all that much yet due to my work. But when I do get the chance to take it for a spin I really enjoy it! All was great with the sales team at V12 Sports and Classics, my assigned sales person was Laura and she acted professionally and with efficiency.

You will hear no complaining from me, things have been going really well with my C3 so far 😊 Dipesh treated me well and answered all my queries.

So far so good with the Seat and I liked the experience buying with them.

I cannot fault Balrag at V12 at all, the service he provided was outstanding and he went above and beyond for me. I am really happy with the A3 so I am pleased all round!

Customer service is really good and there was a very professional approach to the sale of the XE! The XE is just as it was advertised and nothing has gone a miss with it.
