Bought BMW 320D, competitively priced and as described, the car was delivered by a vehicle transportation company, and on inspection was found to have about an inch of spilt diesel from a fuel can in the bottom of the boot. As such the under boot carpet and storage tray were damaged beyond repair. Contacted Brian at V12, who told me to source replacement parts which I did, In this instance from BMW,. The invoice was forwarded to V12 who settled it within 3 days. Couldn't t have asked for more. I would definitely deal with V12 again.

Had no problems experieced while looking for a car with v12, they were very friendly and didnt pressure me into buying anything, as another reviewer said, they were very laid back about it all. And to be honest, thats what I prefer when buying a car, someone willing to let me explore the car myself and not shove it down my throat!

They clearly have a fast turnaround on the cars, my car was valeted and they put some new breaks on before they handed it over, they were good guys and I would do business with them again as their cars are a great price. Their after sales let them down a little, I had to leave a fairly pushy message to get them to call me back.

V12 Sports and Classics were good, the car has been great and their approach was fairly relaxed, they were trying to sell me a car but there was no pressure or calling up afterwards. The car was good value and they valeted it whilst I waited then handed it over.
