My BMW i3 is brilliant! I am very familiar with electric cars as I drive them often for work, so it felt like the time was right for me to purchase one of my own and so far it fits like a glove. Everyone who I came into contact with at V12 provided me with excellent customer service, I was really well looked after and it felt like I was in a well ran establishment. No hesitation in returning or recommending.

I have visited a couple of V12's branches while I was searching for my next car and found all the bases to be quite consistent in their standard of practice and quality of cars. I ended up at the Wolverhampton branch where I found a car that matched my criteria. The purchase itself went through very smoothly and in good time. I am really happy with my Vauxhall Mokka. It has been really nice to drive while I've been getting used to it. It's not doing too bad on petrol either, which is what we like given the current state of things. V12 in Newcastle are fantastic, they took great care of me during the sale and as much as I liked the guys I don't think I'll have any need to speak to them soon due to how well my Mokka is doing. I will definitely be back to V12 in Newcastle when I am finally ready to upgrade my Mokka.

No issues to report with my 1 Series, it is a lovely car and I am very happy with it. The staff at the dealership are helpful and friendly. I was very eager to get going in my new car straight away, I was a little impatient, so if I could say anything for improvement it would be that the process could be a tiny bit quicker so I could get on the road in my new car even quicker!
