Just wanted to say thank you for turning the normal stressful experience of purchasing a new family car into a surprisingly pleasant one. My senior salesman, Mr Stuart Norris put me immediately at ease with his relaxed and none pushy manor. He/we took the time to test drive three separate vehicles . After discussing my needs i left with a diesel Mondeo hatchback (including tow bar), fully serviced, all the right stamps and full leather trim to boot. It is three weeks and one family holiday since the purchase. It delights me to say 'I bought the right car'. Thank you V12 and Stuart for your guidance.

I have now bought two cars from V12, the salesman Stuart was extremely helpful on both purchases. Not 'pushy' spoke well and with authority that I found to be exactly what I need to hear...not your 'stereo-typical' sales person as portrayed by the 'people media'! I felt 'comfortable' dealing with Stuart I knew what I wanted, and I was not 'diverted' just given sound advise. The two cars I purchased from V12, a 11 plate E class and a 61 plate BMW 'tourer' were what I wanted and just like another 'reviewer' my conclusion was that even if there was a 'mechanical' problem (which I very much doubt there will be, even though the mileage is high, which I'm used to from driving many company cars anyway), to replace a complete engine would not be anywhere near as much as compared with buying either car at the 'parker' price guide. I found the 'V12 experience' very good, Stuarts to be very helpful and overall would have no hesitation in recommending V12 to friends and family as well as using them again myself

Overall . . . . well impressed. We test drove a couple of cars, but they didn't quite 'tick all of our boxes', so Stuart, the salesman we were dealing with took our number and said that he'd be in touch when the right car came along. 2 days later we received a call giving us a choice of 2 vehicles that he thought we'd be interested in - we reserved one (knowing how quickly they shift) and went straight over - it was exactly what we were after so bought it. We can't fault them. ALL of the staff we dealt with were pleasant, not at all pushy, honest and helpful. Yes, some of the cars are a bit scruffy . . . most of them are ex lease vehicles, so could do with a bit of TLC, and the speed they shift at V12 I can say that they are presented in an honest way. Before we test drove any of the vehicles, we were given a folder to look through giving all the service history details on the car, the MOT certificates and anything else that was relevant so that we were fully aware of the vehicles history. I must say, we were VERY fussy customers - we reserved 4 cars over 3 days (which is adviseable to get the car you want - the deposit can be easily transferred from vehicle to vehicle, or refunded in full) each time we did this, it posed no problem at all and was an extremely easy process. Over a 3 day period we found everyone to be very accomodating and would like to thank both Stuart and Tony for some sound advise and all they help they gave us in finding the car that we were after. Wouldn't think twice about going back to V12 - impeccable service.

I turned up earlier than expected on a Monday morning. Not a problem. The car was located and brought to the front gate for me to take for a test drive within a few minutes. It was exactly as described, very clean and well valeted. The handbooks, service book and full maintenance printout, down to the last bulb and wiper blade, were present. I took it on a test drive accompanied by a young lad, who, although not very knowledgeable on that particular vehicle, was personable and keen without being pushy. I decide to buy the car, a 60 plate V50 Volvo for only £4995 , anticipating that if I spend another £1000 on it it will still be a bargain. The paperwork, including tax and insurance was quickly done and I was on my way home by 10.30 a.m.

where do I start ? no pushy salesmen, good quality cars at fantastic prices. I was glad when I drove away ! not because of the company, but because I thought they had made a mistake on the price. I know where I will be getting my next car from. thank you v12 sports. can't recommend you enough

Like marmite - you’ll love it or hate it. Cheap. Extensive selection. A different approach to other car supermarkets. Lots of salesmen, enthusiastic but not particularly pushy or knowledgeable. Go here if you know what you want - but be quick, cars are sold from under your nose. Some real bargains. (They could have sold the car I bought for a lot more - they pile them high and sell them cheap, no tarting up prior to sale). I would recommend.

We have used this company twice now and will definitely be using them again , they are so helpful but not pushy .
