I recently upgraded my SEAT Ibiza to a VW Golf and I'm so impressed, I can't believe I waited this long to change! There's a big difference in the performance and drive of the Golf, its much more powerful, but lovely to drive, I really really like it!! The dealership was brilliant, really helpful and kind, I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again.

I've just made the change to my first electric car and WOW! The actual experience of the car is incredible, so smooth and quiet, the car completely cancels out any motion noise... Its a pleasure to drive and I'm so glad I've caught up with recent times and made the change. The guys on the shop floor did their best to look after me, great service through-out.

With my job I'm constantly travelling through Birmingham central, with the ULEZ its becoming a nightmare, its either costing me a fortune, or wasting my time to reroute around the centre. When coming to upgrade I wanted a C Class, I came across a Hybrid C Class with V12 it looked great but I'd never driven a Hybrid before so a test drive was needed. The garage were great, explained everything, I test drove and was chuffed with it. I'm glad I bit the bullet to make the change, its taken some getting used to but its so much easier day to day now, Great helpful staff and a smooth and quick sale. Happy to refer anybody to V12!

Firstly, Id like to thank Albertas and all the team down at the Witham branch - what a incredible bunch of people! Hand on heart, I cannot fault a single thing. This is the 2nd car I've bought from V12, the first time we dealt with the Luton branch, it was all good but nothing comparable to the service received at Witham. The whole team made us feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Any questions we had they were bang on with straight away, answered and dealt with.
