Getting on fantastically with the new car, its so lovely to drive and very modern inside. Its got lots of new bits to get used to but its so so nice, I'm really really enjoying this car. Happy with the customer service provided, everybody was helpful and friendly and happy to help.

Luton V12 is one of the best sites for V12, they are very friendly and extremely good at what they do. The service is always top shelf and as a customer you feel welcomed and valued. Love the new car, and highly recommend V12 if your thinking of buying here.

I went to V12 Hinckley to buy a Merc Id seen online, I was dealing with Luke over the phone and organised a day to view the car. I was blown away, it looked unreal, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. I couldn't not buy the car! Luke's customer service skills were beyond anything I've experienced before when buying a car, he was absolutely brilliant and really looked after me. I highly recommend both Luke as a salesman and V12 as a company.

I bought a really lovely Golf here a couple of weeks back, I'm chuffed with it, really really happy. The price of the car was very good compared to what I'd seen elsewhere and was given the peace of mind that comes with buying from V12, I was super happy! Wonderful car, cannot fault it, its perfect! I've loved getting used to it and figuring everything out. Cant fault the salesman, Bal, he was great, although he offered me the extra's and additional add on's, as soon as I told him I wasn't interested, there was no more talk of it. No pushiness, no pressure selling, he was a pleasure to deal with. Over-all a great experience, thanks very much.
