My brother recently bought a Ford Kuga from V12 Sports and Classics, I was looking at upgrading my car and he recommend V12. He said the stock, prices and staff were spot on. I called and enquired about a Renault Captur and from the first contact the salesman was helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. The customer service remained excellent through-out the whole sale, and when I went to collect the car it was so clean, shiny and had been sanitised through-out. I absolutely love the car, its brilliant. I recommend V12 to my mum and she collected yesterday, she was really impressed with the service and purchase too! I will continue recommending this dealer and I'm sure my brother and mum will too!

Steve the salesman that dealt with my sale was absolutely brilliant, he really looked after me, and couldn't do enough. He was nice to speak to and didn't put my under any pressure. I bought a new BMW, its incredible, very enjoyable to drive, and looks amazing!

I'm really happy with the Ford Mondeo I bought, I really like the car, its nice to drive and really comfortable, it's in top condition and the price was very fair. The staff at V12 were friendly and polite and always on hand to help - nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from here.

As an owner of multiple businesses, I have never left a negative review as it can hurt a company’s reputation, but I’ve had to break my own rules and share how bad the circus act at V12 is. I’m sure everyone scrolling here can read all the “I love my new BMW / Mercedes / Lexus” but firstly that’s a love for the manufacturer’s product, not for V12’s service or lack of. Secondly they ask you to leave a review the day after you’ve bought the car, not months down the line after their true practices come to light. If I could leave a zero star review for this shocking company I would. Everything from promising a minimum trade in price over the phone (which apparently they NEVER DO) to then reducing that trade in price by £750 once we got to deal time in the showroom. Then being forgotten about and left waiting for 55 minutes in the showroom. To getting a car with issues (clanking drive shaft) and told it’s down to wear and tear after only a few days of owning the car. Making constant calls to V12 team and either being on hold for 40 mins for the line to then go dead, or getting the “leave it with me and I’ll call you back before the end of the day” lie and no one ever calling, so back to square one the next time I had time to call again. Trying to get a claim on a drive shaft went on for months and cost me trips to multiple garages, miles away for diagnostics (because I couldn’t find anyone locally who would work with the warranty company they convinced me to buy a 12 month extended warranty from at the time of sale) only to be told my issues aren’t covered by the warranty company because the drive shaft is worn not broken. V12 played the same game and simply have you going round in circles until they wear you out and it’s just not worth your time any more. This was a £300 fix that if I knew how much V12 would mess me around I'd of happily paid for the repair back when it was first discovered just to save pulling my hair out and being insulted with lies for months. If you read this V12, you failed me as a “valued customer”. If you’re reading this as a possible customer, I’d just say if I lived anywhere near this place, I’d go and stand outside and warn people to stay well clear. I’m sure V12 will respond to this with something along the lines of “email and we'll look into this,” or “all our cars are covered by AA checks, MOT’s, warranties so your claims are invalid” etc. but I simply can't let V12 waste any more of my time or money going in circles. Call me to sort this if you like V12 but I'm not chasing you. I'll update this review if this gets sorted or anything changes.

Found V12 very helpful and and great to deal with. I'm really pleased with my Audi and pleased that they have offered to pay for an MOT for me because it has less than 6 months left. Just told me to go and have it done and send them the bill. Can't ask for more than that, very fair. Would recommend.

This is the second car I've bought from V12 Sports and Classics, my brother bought his car from them and my sister also! Highly recommended, the customer service is very good and their cars are always immaculate and good value. I will be back again when I need my next car.

I'm absolutely delighted with my Peugeot, its a really lovely car. I found this company on Autotrader because I knew I wanted a specific car and this was by far the best one on there and the best price. Would definitely recommend them to others, they went above and beyond to be helpful.
