Found these online and glad I did, car is great and they were really good during the buying process, nothing too much trouble. Have already recommended to my friend.

Been to V12 before to look at a car but didn't buy it, went back because they have a good selection of vehicles at reasonable prices. Bought a Vauxhall and very pleased with it, customer service was good too. Would recommend them and go back again in the future.

V12 Have been extremely helpful, in fact I think they gone out of their way to accommodate and help me, really went above and beyond... I have bought cars previously and its been a stressful worrying experience, the experience at V12 Hinckley just changed my mindset completely. Every time I rang my calls were answered quickly, they kept me fully update with phone calls and emails, it was such a quick process, and very straight forward. I couldn't have asked for anything more, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. The BMW 3 Series I bought is perfect, I love it. Its really nice to drive, and very nice to look at! I will use V12 again in the future and highly recommend them for a stress-free experience.

Firstly, I would like to thank Oliver for all the help he provided during my purchase of my Mercedes. He was absolutely brilliant, extremely helpful and really went above and beyond. The car is great, I'm thoroughly enjoying it, lovely to drive. I'm hoping I will keep the Mercedes for a very long time, but if I did ever need another car, I would going back to V12 for sure. I have recommended V12 to a friend. When I viewed the car I mentioned to Oliver that I would be having a tow bar installed - he organised this for me and somebody came out and did this on site. I also have Private plates, Oliver sorted the transfer for me so I could get them on asap. The whole package was just brilliant, I really have no complaints or issues at all with the car or the service provided.

I went to V12 to buy a new car, the staff were very happy to help, and friendly. They have a very professional touch. I bought a Nissan Qashqai, I'm really happy with it, driving very well, its perfect. I will use V12 again and tell others about them.

I bought a Mercedes GLA from V12 Sports and Classics, I was so impressed with the service provided. Ollie was extremely helpful and knowledgably. He didn't rush me, gave me the time I needed to make my own decision, There was no hard selling, just answered and questions and was really helpful. The car is fantastic, I really do love it, its perfect. I would happily use V12 again in the future, and highly recommend their cars and customer service skills.

The Mercedes is lovely, it drives beautifully, to say I'm enjoying it, would be an understatement. The chap I dealt with was very nice, helpful and friendly. The customer service levels are high, and the quality of the cars even higher. Very happy, I would happily buy from them again. V12 comes with my recommendation.

I'm really happy with the Insignia, its running great, no complaints at all. This is the 2nd car I've bought from V12 Hinckley, and its likely I'll be back for my 3rd... My wife is just currently looking at cars with them, so I'll be back with her soon enough. The staff are so accommodating - I gave them an idea of what I wanted and my budget, and they actually had the Insignia at a different branch, they moved it from the other branch and delivered it here for me. Super helpful, friendly, just a brilliant experience again with them.
