The worst mistake I ever made buying from V12. I purchased a car from these paying an extra £300 for 12 months Warranty by the AA. I have had the car less than 2 months and have had 3 different major problems with it. It is now been dumped on them as I can't take the upset anymore. It isn't the AA like they so proudly display on all their vehicles it's a company called moterway direct plc. Who's warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. As for the after sales man Brian he is the rudest Customer service person I have ever met. They are nice when you are buying the car but have you tried their after sales that's the test. So if you do buy from this company let's hope you don't have any problems like I have faced. I now have no car which I have given them 7 days to repair after dumping it on them as I couldn't take any more not heard anything back from them like I said the customer service is rubbish.

No issue at all with Vauxhall Mokka! I purchased it from V12 in February and I have had no issues with it! It was in pristine condition when I collected it. The dealer was very helpful and friendly and I got the car for a good price. Very happy.

I bought a Peugeot 2008 from here in in February and I have had some issues with it. It's been in for repair but it's not much different and still having issues. The after care is not good. I wouldn't recommend.

I have had a really good experience using V12 to purchase my BMW in February. I found the staff to be really helpful and friendly and the car was clean and in very good condition. I have had no issues and I think I got a very good deal, they gave me a good price for my old car. I would recommend.

I bought a Clio from V12 in April. It was nice and clean and in good shape and up to now I have had no issues with it. it was clean and in really good shape and I would happily recommend this dealership.

I have had my Volkwagen Golf for a few months now. I have had no major issues with it. The car could have been a bit cleaner and they left the sale sign in it but it was in good condition overall when I received it and it's worth the money. The dealers were quite helpful. I would probably recommend!

I purchased a Nissan Qashqai in January and I am really happy. I have had no issues with ti at all up to now and When I received it, it was lovely and clean and matched it's description perfectly. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I would happily recommend V12 sports and classics to anyone.

Found out 2 months after buying a car from this company that the mileage had been clocked. I contacted the company to ask to return the car and have my money refunded. The after sales care was very poor, the manager was dismissive and uninterested and I received no apology for my inconvenience and distress. Although they accepted the car back, this was not without much negotiation resulting in solicitor involvement and at a large cost to myself.
