Bought a car from V12 a few weeks ago. After looking at the car and taking it for a test drive, me and my partner were shown the service history and we were discussing certain features on it which we used for negotiating on the price. It was fairly high mileage so no way would we have even considered buying it without a service history. When we agreed to buy the car on the following day I realised when I'd got the car home that the service history wasn't with it. I called the office and was told I would get a call back from the after sales team, this didn't happen! I have since been trying to get it resolved but am constantly being fobbed off and promised calls back but so far after making numerous attempts to speak to somebody with a clue am getting nowhere. When I did finally start to get somewhere after about a week I was basically told the sales 'boy' said he didn't recall showing me and my partner the history, so making out we were lying. The car was advertised without the service history but we were physically shown it, so where has t gone???? It seems as if the sales 'boy' has lost it and can't be bothered to look for it. I was then promised a manager would call me back, this was nearly 2 weeks ago and surprise, no phone call. I wouldn't ever buy from V12 again. Very nice to you and helpful when they want your money but as soon as they've got the sale you can forget any kind of after sale customer service. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!

Went to see the car I wanted to buy. As soon as I get there the guys were very helpful although the one guy who was dealing with me didn't seem as if he wanted to be there! After all it was a Sunday! Anyway the test drive was fine and agreed on a couple of things that the car needed to have sorted before I went ahead with my purchase. All was sorted and done as required. Will use V12 Sports and Classics again.

I don't have a bad word to say about this dealership. I got my Vauxhall Insignia from them quite recently and I am really happy with it! I have had no problems and I found the staff to be very helpful. I would recommend.

I thought that the dealers at V12 were excellent. Really approachable and welcoming and they have a very extensive knowledge about what they are selling. I purchased a BMW back in September and I am really happy with it. It was in very good condition and up to now I have had no problems with it. Excellent service and cars.

I purchased a Ford S-max from here back in September. The dealers were really nice and happy top help and I have had no issues with the car that havent been resolved under warranty quickly and easily. It was a really good price and was nicely cleaned and in good shape. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I am really pleased with my BMW 2 series from V12! I have had no issues with it at all and I have had it since August. The car is perfect and I have loved every minute of driving it and the dealers were really helpful and friendly when I bought it. I would recommend this dealership.

This is the second car I have had from V12. The first one has to back after only 10 days as there were too many issues with it to be fixed. I have recently bought another car from them which has also had problems. The warranty doesn't cover the issues so I have had to pay out to get them sorted. base don that I wouldn't recommend them.
