The Corsa is all good, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. It was exactly what I was looking for. I found it online through Autotrader, though I was already familiar with the dealership. The pictures matched up perfectly with the actual car, which was reassuring. The customer service was solid. They answered all my questions, offered a test drive, and walked me through the paperwork clearly. There was no pressure or hard selling, which made the experience more comfortable.

The car is great, though I haven’t put many miles on it myself - my wife has pretty much taken it over. She’s the one who’s out and about in it now, and the only change I’ve made so far is adding a private registration. From what I can tell, there have been no issues. The customer service was top-notch. Kye was a straightforward and genuine guy. He offered a test drive, which I didn’t take, but he was clear in explaining everything, from the paperwork to the car’s details. As a second car, it does exactly what it’s supposed to: it starts, it goes, and it’s comfortable. My wife is happy, and more importantly, she’s not driving my car! I’ve had sports cars with 500 BHP and had a big range of cars. This car is what it’s meant to be, a straightforward, stop-start vehicle with low mileage and one owner from brand new, which is very impressive. I didn’t expect to drive it home the same day, but from start to finish, everything has been smooth. Kye was brilliant, he was quick, efficient, and he got us exactly what we wanted at a good price. I would rate the experience a solid 9/10.

The best part about the experience was that they let us have time and space to breathe. They gave us space, and left us to it, where we were able to properly inspect the car. In other dealers, it tends to be that they follow you around and a very high-pressure environment, but this was nothing like that. We had a really good experience overall and no issues.

I am euphoric with the new BMW. One of my friends got a car from V12 last month, and based on their experience I went down to have a look for myself. They explained everything to me. I told them what I wanted to be done to the car before purchasing, and they got onto it for me straight away while I sorted out the paperwork. Went for a test drive and then Laura gave me the space I needed to look around the car and just have that time to make a decision, without someone breathing down my neck. I had a little look over it to see if I could find any nicks and bumps, but all was good, so I took it home. And ever since it has been great!

John was incredible. He was very courteous and polite. He had all the knowledge, so I felt like I was informed to a high standard. I did do my own research before buying the car, so I had some pre knowledge myself. There was no pressure, the car was clean and presented well, and john kindly went through all the paperwork with me. Everything was up to a great standard. The Toyota was also fairly priced for what it was too.
