No complaints from me. Really satisfied with my new A3, and V12 have made me a very happy customer with their customer service. They did all they needed to, and I wasn’t left with any unanswered questions.

Dipesh was very friendly and easy to talk to. He showed me around the car and offered a test drive. I have brought a car from V12 about 8 years ago, and it’s still not had any issues up until now, aside from the expected wear and tear. Which is why I had the confidence to purchase from these guys again, and I’m glad I did. There was no hard selling, and they were very straight forward, and thorough. They took me straight through the whole process with simplicity and no headache. I have already recommended them to a few people and will continue to do so.

10/10 customer service, and 10/10 car. Couldn’t be happier.

Fingers crossed it stays this way, but the new jaguar is lovely, it drives incredibly smooth, and I cannot fault it. Did a quick google search on what I wanted and came across these guys. They had what I wanted in the exact model and colour, so I decided to take a risk and go down. Everything went very well; they were incredibly informative and helpful. The paperwork was simple, and the sale was straightforward from beginning to end. they made it all very efficient, and there are no complaints from me to date. Dipesh showed me all the cars controls and made sure I had all the knowledge, like he did.

Had a light come up on the Range rover very recent after purchasing. The dealer has booked it in at the garage for me to sort it out. As soon as I made them aware they got onto the warranty company straight away to put me on their radar. The customer service has been 10/10. They’ve been happy to help, and they’ve been so great at communication. they’ve just been incredible easy to deal with. I genuinely cannot think of any improvements for them. They didn’t make me feel obligated to have any of the add ons that were presented to me, I made my own decision to get the car mats and paint protection.

I was introduced to V12 by a friend who brought a car from here. I am glad I decided to head down as the Peugeot is running great. Max was bang on, told me what I needed to know, made sure to answer anything I was unsure about and showed me round the car. There was no pressure, and it was a very calm process.

This is our second purchase from these guys, but we had to come back because of how good the first experience was. And to my surprise, this time was even better! Laura was brilliant throughout and so kind. She had the BMW ready and prepared for us to take it. Bless her, it was parked behind a lot of cars, so she had to move quite a few vehicles for us to have a look. She told us all about the car and its details and made sure we were well informed before purchasing and leaving.

We are always grateful for recommendation and this one really delivered. The salesman was really helpful and talked me through everything. He gave me a test drive and made sure I was comfortable with all the car’s functions before I drove away. I cannot fault them and will come back in the future.

Still finding my way around and getting used to the new Qashqai. Gernell was really good, he gave me all the information and offered a test drive. He let us check everything around and within the car without being pushy or hounding. He talked me through the controls to make sure I knew everything before I took the car home with me. 5-star experience and I will be returning and recommending them to family and friends.

Shoutout to kye for getting me in and out as quick as he could as I had the missus waiting outside. Customer service was bang on; it was all done in a speedy manner but everything that needed to be done was done. The Vauxhall was clean and ready for me to take, they had all the paperwork waiting for me, and it was just really easy going. I have already recommended V12 to my brother and his fiancé, as they saw the car the day after I had it and thought they could do with one of them.
