I am overall very happy with my VW T-Roc, its great and runs just as expected. The customer service was great. I have already been passing on my recommendations to my friends and will be continuing to do so.

So far, everything's running smoothly with the car, and I'm loving it. I did encounter a few minor issues when I first got it, but thanks to the warranty, they were all sorted out without a hitch, it has been smooth sailing since then. The customer service experience was pleasant and lovely. They were accommodating and ensured we got what we signed up for. I can't fault any of that. Overall, 4 out of 5!

The guys down at V12 have been and were absolutely fantastic, they made everything so crystal clear for me. Everyone I dealt with/spoke to/saw were just excellent with me and were so so through and helpful!

I've had a great experience with this car so far. It's been brilliant, especially considering I downgraded from a BMW. The salesperson, while helpful, couldn't offer any discounts, but he explained that their margins were tight. I'd give it a 4 out of 5, mainly because I couldn't negotiate a better deal. I would use V12 Sports again in the future very happily!

Laura was amazing and so patient with me. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very good at her job and took her time and care when helping with the Audi A4 purchase. I can not recommend enough and I would love to come back in the future and deal with Laura again!

The car is fine.

I'm having a blast with my new car! It's running great and has proven to be a really enjoyable ride. This car has been a fantastic addition, it's fun to drive, more powerful and comfortable compared to my previous one. As the colder months roll in, it's proving to be a more pleasant drive as well. The dealership staff were helpful, friendly, and did what it took to ensure a stress free experience. While nothing's perfect, I'd give my car buying experience a 4 out of 5.

A class is a beautiful little car. Very much loving every second of driving it. I am so appreciative and I can't thank the guys at the Luton branch enough for all of the help and time I was given.
