I am now used to the Mercedes CLA my old car was so different so it took a while getting used to but we are there now. The cars been running fine and we haven't experienced any issues at all .. touch wood! The team were great, everyone I dealt with or spoke to seemed genuine. I am rating 4 stars, only because my old car was valued higher than the car I was buying, nothing bad at all, it was just that the money took a little longer than expected to get back. But overall highly pleased and I love the new car.

I was dealing with a lovely lady called Laura, who was good as gold well carrying the sale of my Seat Areca. She was on the ball at all times, she showed great communication and was very professional. The reassurance that I got from Laura really put me at ease, the sale ran just as it should with no hiccups along the way. I can confidently say that I am getting along with the new Seat Ateca well, its good fun to drive and we are getting along just fine. It was my first time using V12 Sports and Classics and I can for sure say that I would be more than happy to purchase another motor from here and I would be pleased to pass on my recommendations!

I'm delighted with my Skoda so far, it's running smoothly, I'm truly enjoying driving it. I chose this brand because my partner has a similar model, and we know they are known for their reliability. The service was superb the staff were helpful, friendly, and made me feel welcome. They patiently answered all my questions. a great experience!

My Husband has bought a few cars form here in the past and since I have bought the BMW 3 Series form this dealership I have been very happy. I have been passing on my recommendations to friends and family. I am thoroughly enjoying driving the BMW. Jack, my sales advisor was very helpful and gave an answer for every question I asked about the car.

The Vauxhall Insignia driving incredibly well, wow. It's much cheaper on fuel than the old one which I see as more than just a plus, that might just be my favourite thing about the car! Steven (sales advisor) met my standards, he was very helpful on the Saturday that I came down, very nice, easy going and everything else you would want.

I got a very lovely BMW 1 Series that is super lovely to drive. It's so smooth when in the drivers seat, I absolutely love it. It certainly makes driving much more enjoyable. I had a kind gentlemen looking after me called Ryan, he made me feel so so welcome, at home and blew me away by his knowledge. It was as if he could answer any question about anything! I think 5 stars all round. 💗

I had to purchased the BMW I3, I must say ultimately, its a high performance car that is beautiful, has great range and was well within my budget! In terms of service I believe everything was very smooth, the team went out of their way to help me out with the finance side of things and it was very personal. I will be rating 5 out of 5 stars!

All good so far, customer service was great I have no complaints and I would happily use V12 Sports again.

Christopher walked me though the steps of buying my Jaguar XE and he made every point so clear, it was easy and stress free. The Jaguar XE is running like the car should and I believe the customer service was perfect. I felt in good hands and I felt like I could trust the team, they with highly knowledgeable and very accommodating.

I am loving the new Mini, such a cute little car. I am very happy I went with my choice because I know I made a good one! It was spotless, looked like it had been valeted to a very high level, it was stunning when I came to collect it! I definitely think these guys are worthy of 5 stars.
