4 stars overall, I am pleased.

I had really good dealings with the general manager who really helped me out with the finance side of things, he was so helpful and patient all of the way through. The dealership is quite male dominated but I was made to feel welcome and it wasn't too daunting at all. Credit to everyone that helped me out, I am very appreciative for the amazing experince.

The BMW X2 is super suitable for me and my day to day driving. It's not as fast as my old car, but similar. I had a very professional chap called Alex helping me and you know what, he was great. I think I put him under alot of pressure by asking him so many questions but he delt with it well. He was a very good guy. I would rate 5 because when I arrived at the dealership I was shocked, I really wasn't expecting it to be so so big and so nice inside and out! Everyone was so nice.

I'm pleased to say that everything is running smoothly with my Jaguar, and I'm satisfied with every aspect of the car. However, I did have to purchase a new key because there was no spare. Despite this, I'm generally happy with my experience. The customer service was decent and met the standards, and we got everything sorted out smoothly. (4/5 stars)

Purchased a really nice BMW 5 Series from here! Everything has been nice so far its satisfying to drive and lovely to control, it handles great on the road! The staff, especially Mohammed answered all of my questions leaving me feeling confident in knowing the ins and out of everything. A very kind team there to help with anything!

I am over all happy with the service at V12 Sport and Classics. I can say the team were as I would expect, kind, helpful, welcoming. The Honda Jazz is a great little run around and I am pleased with it.
