I bought my Ford Mondeo from V12 Sports and Classics in Stoke at the start of June and had no trouble with the team there what so ever. The only problem with the car was the battery and they were more than happy to get this sorted for me and I was very pleased! Since the battery was kindly addressed the Mondeo has been spot on.

I am ecstatic with the car so much so that I've already convinced my Mrs to look at you guys first when she's ready to get a new car! The friendliness of everyone at the Hinkley site, the fact they accommodated our requests without any complaints really impressed us! All in all it was a flawless purchase def 5 out of 5.

If five stars is the top then that's what I would have to give V12! The customer service was excellent and the car is in immaculate condition. My wife drives it the most and she is very happy with it, it's a good size for her. We would be more than happy to return to V12, not only because they are so local but because they made such a good job of the sale.

Everything went incredibly smoothly when we bought our C-Class from V12. The process of purchasing the car was easy and complete in a very reasonable time frame. I'd say we've had the C-Class for a month or so now and I can say that I am quite confident in the quality of vehicle we have bought. It runs really well and we haven't uncovered a single issue with it.

I recently bought my A1 from the V12 Luton branch and had zero problems when I was dealing with the team there. Dilojan was my main point of contact and he was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable reaching out to him when I had any questions.

Josh is absolutely amazing at what he does. I already knew that I wanted to buy a Smart Car but Josh's enthusiasm and product knowledge was so engaging, I felt really well assured. The car has been running exactly as it should since the purchase and I am a very satisfied customer.

Given my overall experience I would use V12 again in the future, the purchase was really smooth and quick to be honest. Lewis at the Luton branch was a good lad to be dealing with.
