The customer service was perfect and everyone was very organised! I mainly dealt with Laura and she was great, very friendly and helpful. I am made up with the 3 Series, its just what I was looking for and it's given me no trouble.

After buying the Range Rover from V12 I took it to Land Rover for a full inspection just for peace of mind and it passed with flying colours, all of the electrics and mechanical side of things were in great working condition. It was Vish that I dealt with and he was great, couldn't fault him, did everything he needed too and I am happy with the car so no complaints at all.

Apart from not having the service book, my Skoda has been bloody fantastic. I found the car online in Nelson, saw that the reviews looked pretty good and decided to give V12 a go. I am very happy with how everything has panned out, they whole team were lovely people.

The team were really good, sorted everything for me quickly and smoothly too. It is my first car and they explained everything really clearly so I understood the whole process. The only thing that would knock the experience is that I have to get an oil change a month after the sale, apart from that, I am really happy.

From start to finish V12 have been absolutely amazing, cannot say a bad word about them. The Mercedes that I bought is absolutely fantastic couldn't fault it at all! Lewis was fantastic too such a lovely guy. Definitely recommend!

V12 have been absolutely amazing, I think they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I have had quite a major issue with the car I believe, but they got it back in straight away for me and are currently sorting everything out as we speak. I haven't had to do much they have taken all of the stress off of my shoulders, I cannot fault them enough!

Asam was a really funny guy, it was great dealing with him throughout the sale. He made everything really relaxed and simple and not too tedious at all! The Passat itself has been a great car to drive I absolutely love it!

Shaun was a top bloke to deal with couldn't have asked for better service. Everything was quick, easy and efficient too. The Merc itself has been absolutely incredible, got no complaints at all.
